James W. Giannoulis, CPA, CGA, LPA
Jim, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified General Accountant, and a Licensed Public Accountant. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and management consulting services. Prior to becoming a partner at TurnerMoore, he operated his own public accounting practice for 15 years and before that was employed at a senior level by a firm of Chartered Accountants for ten years.
Jim, is a very active volunteer in his Community. He has played and coached both minor and senior soccer. He is the president of his local soccer club for more than 15 years. He has served and continues to serve on the Executive Board of the London Greek Community for 20 years including 12 years as president.
In addition, he has served as Canadian president of an international fraternal service organization and has served as a member of the Board of the Archdiocese Council of Canada for his church. He has also volunteered his services in the non-profit and charitable sector on several committees, such as Budget, Audit, Finance, By-Laws, Building, Programs, Planning, Grants, and Fundraising.
William (Bill) D Giannoulis, CPA, CA, MAcc
Bill Giannoulis joined the firm as a senior manager in 2015. Bill holds a Masters of Accounting degree (2010) and Bachelor of Accounting & Financial Management degree (2009) from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant. Bill began his career in the Audit & Assurance Group at one of the big four international accounting firms, and then moved to another firm of the big four where he became Manager of their Business Tax Services Practice. Bill brings to the firm over 8 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and management consulting. Bill is responsible for the delivery of value-added tax planning and compliance services. Bill also has extensive experience focused on Canadian subsidiaries of US and European parent companies in the manufacturing sector as well as local private companies.
Bill is a member of the Financial Institutions Work Team for the Children‘s Health Foundation in London, Ontario which runs the annual Bowling for Miracles event. He is playing competitive soccer in the Western Ontario Soccer League, and plays basketball in a local recreational league.
