Absolutely amazing. The facility was so clean even with so many people there it was clean. Not that I was looking, I couldn't help but notice there was no trash on the floor. It was always a crew member picking up trash as they did their other duties. The crew members were all helpful, courteous, and professional. I felt welcomed and safe both outside & inside the center. I was really impressed from start to finish.
My wife and I went to see Ice Nine Kills and Falling in Reverse in concert. We loved the venue and had a blast! We had two drunk idiots next to us, but that's the chance you take when going to ANY venue, I guess lol. The openers were good. I seriously expected Falling in Reverse to be better live but was kinda disappointed. It might have to do with the fact that they went on after Ice Nine Kills. That's a very hard act to follow because Ice Nine Kills stole the show and brought the f'n house down! They surpassed all expectations, and I love their music even more after seeing them perform live! INK puts on one hell of a show, and if you ever have a chance to see them live, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
Went with my daughter, daughter in love, and 2 granddaughters to see Disney on Ice! The show was great, and the ushers were extremely helpful. We had great seats and had such a great time making memories together!
Spent a few days working large student event in this Arena. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are not as well equipped as big city arenas tend to be but for a medium sized town I couldn't ask for more. Their video team went out of their way to accommodate us. Security was helpful. Every member of IASTE was hardworking and nice.
My son had an awesome time at his first WWE event. Staff was helpful and the Giant center is very easy to navigate in and out of.
Wonderful venue!!! I attended the HACC graduation and it was spectacular!!! So nice to be able to see everyone, especially on the jumbo Tron.... You madey daughter's evening extra special!!!
Prices are moderate for a minor league Hockey stadium but, I will admit for the pricing the food is extremely good. Great family environment, amazing club for the kiddos with Coco’s Kids club. They even were gracious enough to do a remembering for my late great Aunt which is posted below. Couldn’t thank you guys enough again for that. The Hershey Bears organization has been a part of my family for many years and took great care of my late grandfather, my great aunt, and my uncle who all sat in Section 119.
Saw my fav Metal bands here last week! Ice Nine Kills and Slaughter to Prevail! Amazing venue!
Great venue- nice arena, good food and drink options, efficient staff, and my favorite AHL team. Go, bears!
I was a bit irritated that when I tried to pay with CASH at concessions at Giant Center, I was told they "don't accept CASH", Yet they don't allow us to bring in purses to the venue so I have to figure out how to carry my epipen, phone which they want "put away" during the show, CASH/change, ID, keys, etc, because women's clothing don't come with excessively large pockets... Oh, and INSIDE where seating is, someone walks around and sells popcorn and cotton candy, drinks, THEY accept CASH...so where will I be keeping my change? Or if I sent my kid who has no CC to pay with at concessions, how would that child pay for their chicken strips or hot dog or pretzel and soda? PS, your hot dogs were AWFUL! Do better. For what you charge, use actual MEAT! IT'S CASH, GIANT CENTER. LAST I CHECKED, THE DOLLAR WAS STILL THE MAIN FORM OF MONETARY EXCHANGE HERE IN THE USA. NOT TAP or SWIPE. Especially for a kid trying to get FOOD. The Jeff Dunham Show, however, was EXCELLENT! He could have done a bit on how we couldn't pay for food with CASH MONEY.
