Nice store layout. Usually organized and stocked well. Fresh produce. Need more cashiers especially on busy summer weekends. I use the self checking gun that you can get at the front of the store by customer service and scan each item as you put it in your cart. Makes for a quick self checkout. And your stuff is already bagged if you bring reusable bags with you.

I give them 4 stars for selection and variety and mostly for their pharmacy. The pharmacy is always super helpful, they have a delivery option with a flat $8 fee, whether it's one prescription or ten and there's never a line! Their produce is ok, but they need to keep a closer eye on how long it's been sitting out there. Prices are up there with most popular supermarkets but then again everything is crazy expensive now!

Most of the time they have a great selection. Curbside pickup is hit or miss. Most of the time you get all of your items.

I've only been here a few times, but from my experience this supermarket has a wide selection of foods, a coin star change counter, and friendly associates!!! This is actually the grocery store closest to my home, so I will definitely be back.  Edit September 2022 We needed to go shopping, and work late so we go to bed late. And wake up late... So after work we decided to go to Giant because they are open until 12 am and Safeway is only open until 11 pm. It was around 10 pm, so the extra hour was needed.  There were hardly any people there, which I loved, and we were able to move through the store and find all the items on our list. The downside was late at night there are no aisles open to pay, and you have to do self checkout. Normally wouldn't mind this if purchasing a few things, but tonight we spent over $500! Oh well, got through it fairly quickly. I thought I had a loyalty card, but I entered my phone number and it wasn't recognized. So there is a forgot my card option that allows you to utilize a store card for the savings. Saved about $34. Will definitely go back if we need to shop after work.

Giant usually has a good selection of everything but their prices are higher than Food Lion. Managers are generally unavailable with offices on second floor.  Their pharmacy is popular with lower prices than others but that depends upon your insurance. The pharmacy clerks are not as friendly as the other staff and one has been wearing the same filthy lab coat seems like forever.  The pharmacists are fine and look to be understaffed.

Decent grocery store, but produce was lacking in freshness and quality. Shelves in disarray, and it wasn't a holiday weekend, it's always like that. Deals are good though, if you use the ap and clip the digital coupons. At the beach, you've got 5 choices for grocery, and this is "middle of the road" for price & quality. Definitely isn't my "go to store"

Decent grocery store with good produce section and covers many of the basics. Well laid out and helpful staff. Will be coming here again given prices, compared with other local options.

Good afternoon, this review is for the bakery department. I recently celebrated my 60th birthday with a surprise party from my friends and family. My brother took it upon himself to arrange for the cake. He ordered it from this Giant. First, it was beautifully decorated with sunflowers. Whoever decorated my cake did an amazing job. Everyone that saw the cake commented on how beautiful it was. I just wanted to say Thank you so much for adding to my day. And it tasted amazing.

Giant in Rehoboth Beach is our go to food store. We recently used the pharmacy for our flu shots after being turned away at CVS where we were told our appointments for our flu and COVID boosters were cancelled for lack of staff. We went to Giant pharmacy and were immediately given an appointment for our flu shots COVID was not available that day. The staff was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns we had. We will make it a point to return to Giant for our COVID boosters when they're available.

I’m in love with their checkout. Plenty of options. I never get stuck in long lines like at other supermarkets in the area. Way to go Giant.
