This Giant is larger than some others in the area. It has a great selection of items for good prices. The store is clean, organized and maintained. The service is exceptional. It’s easy to find assistance and the checkout moves quickly. Not everything you want or need may be in stock, especially sale items. The parking lot is large and also clean. There is a Starbucks in the store.
Great selection of products, offering multiple aisles of natural/organic foods and a wine/beer section. Store is very clean and well-lit with a thoughtful layout of the aisles. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
I really like this giant! This giant store was the first time I visited since I live in Willow Grove! I really like how they have gluten-free bread options more than any other Giants I've been in! They have several options such as bagels and sourdough bread it's a phenomenal option of gluten-free bread and for that I'm thankful!
If you go to the deli, DO NOT expect them to keep the hours posted, they typically close 1 or 2 hours earlier than listed. The prices aren't that great, but the produce is usually decent and will maintain freshness for a while. But I recommend you go to a real deli other than here if you want service you can rely upon. Everything is pretty good even though prices are a little higher than other stores.
Very VERY large store, very well stocked! Attentive staff, very helpful as we didn't know we're things were being our first visit. Excellent prices and selection on produce items.
Not to long ago I went to GIANT for the first time in a long time . Parking and Store were Wheelchair Accessible. They had a few little carts there for people who have difficulty walking around , but none were available when I got there. I also noticed that many items that they had advertised on sale weren't on the shelves Many people , myself included go-to stores for what is on sale. I asked several employees if they had any of the sale items in the back and was told ," No we don't have anymore" So it was just about a wasted trip. I did notice the prices went up on many items just like all the other stores. Bathrooms were open , they could have used a clean up . Check out was quick. Cash Food Stamps and Debit Cards are excepted . Pharmacy was pretty busy.
I ordered from Giant Direct yesterday and my order was delayed and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and rescheduled and delivery for me. The original order showed up around 11 pm and I thought okay well guess it wasn’t cancelled, no big deal. Today, I received the same order again. When I reached out to Giant to tell them and inquire about returning the order and not being double charged they told me to keep the second order for free! I’m in Nursing school full time and money is so tight right now That was seriously such a blessing! So thankful for Giant and they definitely got a customer for life.

This is one of my favorite Giants. The staff is so helpful and incredibly friendly I really love that they have lots of new self check out line options. They are always well stocked which I love they even have doggy ice cream!!!!!
Out of "alot" of product. Night crew was just beginning to breakdown load & fill shelves. Forced to use self check out, which I personally dislike. It puts workers out of their jobs!! If you make a mistake, you have to wait until the overnight manager can get there. Very inconvenient! However, he was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
