Giant Food Stores

Again a fairly standard Giant nothing exceptional but nothing bad. Prices seemed in line with other areas. The produce section seemed a little skimpy. The wine section also seem to have a little less than some other stores. Overall it seemed good and I noticed they now have a giant Starbucks in the back

Amazing grocery store just a mile outside of Hershey Park!! Very clean store and also very friendly employees and fast, friendly service. They also have Marty, who is an AI robot who cruises around the grocery store at will. Marty is great, and I would love to see more Marty's at grocery stores everywhere! Keep up the great work, Giant!

I love this place. First time here. They carry a variety of everything! First time seeing a robot in a grocery store. Very cool!

Excellent experience here in Giant. Even though I don’t see many people speaking Spanish here, every team members are friendly. There’s plenty of parking and groceries selection!! There’s even a Chinese carry out here. Coming back soon! Oh yes, I like there self serve hand held scanning unit, super quick and fun. Price checking is instantaneous!!

This store has become disappointing. More often than not I can't get everything I need and have to run to other stores, the phone service is horrible so you can't check the app to ensure you get the right item, size, quantity, etc or when I've needed to call my husband to check to see if we have an item, you can't even hear them. When I've reached out about the issues, I get no response. I've had better luck at Walmart and they're a little cheaper, but slightly further. I guess I'll just be driving a little further to actually get what I need and have a clearer phone connection.

Man do I miss my salad from Giant! I use to work the salad bar at Ukrops/Martins back in the day and I loved the bat. I was so happy to see this store when I came to visit PA. We no longer have these store in VA.

Overall, I like Giant. But I am always amazed that this store in downtown Hershey is always dirty. The floors are always sticky and dirty, and the shelves frequently lack stocked merchandise. I only stop here if I don't have time to get to another grocery store.

Went to Giant to get food a half hour before close. Store was very clean, easy to find what we needed and easy to checkout. Employees were nice and helpful.

Never forgot that when the world was terrified of COVID, Giant and it’s workers stayed open. A lot of those same workers are still there and they deserve to be treated with respect for being brave enough to do something most other people did not do.

Worked the seafood department here back in 2006 when I lived in Hershey and was actually a very nice place to work. Customers were friendly and always happy to see you. Up here on a trip now and stopped in for a few things and happy to say it looks and still feels the same. Good prices for how the economy is going right now so they do look out for their customers.
