Most of our items are ready to ship, however, custom orders are welcomed. If you have an idea you want to see created just let me know!
ORDERING: You can order through Facebook by sending us a message. Or you can order through our store www.giftedthimble.com
PAYMENT: If ordering through Facebook an invoice will be sent via Paypal. Payment is expected prior to order being shipped. If ordering through our store www.giftedthimble.com you will make a payment through Etsy.
SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from payment being received. All orders are shipped USPS First Class which is 2-5 day delivery time. If you want to upgrade your shipping to USPS priority please let me know.
REFUND POLICY: GADGET CASES: If there is an issue with your order please feel free to contact me. I will accept returns within 7 business days upon receipt of your order. The item must be returned in unused and in original condition. The original shipping expense is not refundable and buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges on exchanges or returns. Refund will be issued when item is received. Refunds will not be accepted on custom made items since they are specially made just for you.
DECALS: If there is an error on my part I will refund or exchange your decal for you. Seller is not responsible for any damage to the decal during application and will not refund or exchange the decal if this occurs.
