Our house was significantly impacted by the March 2020 tornado that hit the Middle Tennessee area, but felt that the insurance company’s assessment of the damage was significantly low. We worked through a Public Adjustor initially who assessed the damage at a higher level and made a good faith effort to resolve the difference with insurance. As it became obvious that our insurance company was not willing to work with us, we retained representation from McWherter, Scott & Bobbit. We worked primarily with Brandon McWherter & Jonathan Bobbit and were very impressed with their knowledge of the legal landscape involving house insurance claims. It is downright despicable what insurance companies will try to do to get by with paying the absolute minimum they can on a homeowner’s claim, but if you find yourself in that situation give these guys a call.
I called this office multiple times requesting a phone conversation no one ever called me back other than a phone receptionist. That was after I had called three times leaving a message. Finally after about a week and a half I received a letter telling me that they were unable to represent me I don't know how they even made that decision without hearing what I needed
I couldn’t have been more pleased with Jonathan and all the help he provided. I had many questions and he was always happy to answer without making me feel like a burden. Nobody was willing to take on my case except for Jonathan—and the result couldn’t have been better. I strongly believe that the outcome of my case was due to his strong work ethic and extreme knowledge in these specialties. I would recommend him to anyone.
I met with Mr Gilbert and he was patient as i told him my story that happened to me. He was very professional an got right down to business to help me. Mr Gilbert got everything settled quickly an I got exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Called business on Monday and spoke with Emily Acorn, received a letter in the mail on Friday stating the company had more commitments to other cases and could not take mine. A simple phone call would have been much better than waiting all week for the attorney to call.
Didn't return my husband's message but called right back to my accidental but dial which I promptly directed them to call my husband. A parapro called the next day, took his information and then we never heard from anyone again. I'd call that McTurder!
These guys are the best!! They helped me through a lot, and if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have been able to get through my issue. Thanks again!!!
