This is the worst place ever! Don’t come here, she’s a scammer! I had a horrible experience with these people, they waste your time! One day before the wedding, she changed our entire suits and wanted to charge us for it! It’s super expensive for low quality clothing. First she tries to treat you good but once you start to pay she will treat you horribly. She made a very bad impression on my family. Don’t come near this place!!!!!
This store is absolutely horrible! We went to this store for suits and she treated my family horribly. In addition, she changed our suits and theme FOUR DAYS BEFORE the wedding!!! She even tried to charge us more for it?!! Don’t come here, she steals your money and takes advantage!
We went in to purchase a dress from a catalog for school purpose .order dress on Sunday I was told by Thursday your dress should be here. Well no dress no phone calls .I went in person to see what happened supposedly they do not have my dress in stock since dress was needed for wed June 1 she order a dress that was available To make story short like 4 of us were wearing the same dress, what inconsiderate of not giving us a call to inform us. I would have time to order the dress online and would have not paid 226 for a dress that a lot of us had
One of the worse places too come! Not only did they create drama towards my family! But they are unprofessional and extremely rude for no reason! When it comes too weddings they are horrible because everything is late!!!!!!! And they blame us when it’s them being unprofessional so Please safe yourself some headaches and go somewhere else that really means business! Trust me .. U will thank me later
We had a bad experience with them, we ordered a baptism dress from a the catalog and we got something completely different, their timing is horrible we were supposed to get the shoes 2 weeks before the baptism and we didn’t get them on time and they were already paid for, very bad customer service, I don’t recommend anyone to come here.
The worst customer service ever. They continue to charge for mistakes THEY made. They will refuse to give you a receipt, throw away their receipt and not keep a log of sells, as well as make you pay cash to prevent there being any evidence of your purchase there. The worst possible place to shop.
Beautiful dresses
THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!! WE DROVE 45 MINS TO GET FITTED THERE AND THEY WERE LATE OPENING UP THE STORE ALMOST A HOUR LATER. THE LADY WAS RUDE AND THOUGHT WE DIDNT UNDERSTAND SPANISH AND SHE CALLED MY SON FAT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR.
Super bad experience they were super rude and refused to give back deposit and charge extra for adjustments that they said it was covered
0 customer service store is a mess lost my one item that had to be ready next day employee could not find do not recommend
