Ginger Pots is a collaboration of artists Laura Conklin and John Moriarty. Both have degrees in the arts and are putting their creativity and talent together to bring the world some uniquely crafted stuff!
Store shipping policies:
All orders, unless custom, will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving full payment. Items will be very carefully packaged so they reach you in perfect condition.
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. If your order arrives broken in any way, please email us. We will have to start an insurance claim and will need pictures of the broken item. Once that's started, we will send over a replacement item!
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and are not insured. Insurance is not available this way, and we are not responsible for and lost or damaged items. If you would like your order insured or upgraded in any other way, please email us and we can quote you the extra cost.
