Gino’s Steakhouse is a family owned and operated restaurant. Gino’s Steakhouse provides a warm intimate atmosphere for a couple or for a large party. There is a wide range of lunch entrées including pasta and the special Gino’s salad of the day. The dinner menu provides various choice steaks, fresh fish on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, and Prime Rib every Friday and Saturday.
Chef, Gino Genera, attended culinary school in the heart of the Wine Country in St. Helena, California receiving his Diploma of Professional Culinary Arts in 2003. While attending school he became the lead line cook at Pinot Blanc, a fine dining restaurant in St. Helena. He left there in 2004 to work as the Sous Chef at the Franciscan Winery. After spending three years developing his skills as a Chef, Gino opened his own restaurant in the heart of downtown Colusa in September of 2008.
