This was my first experience with any dry cleaners or alterations service and I am very happy with my experience at Giralda Cleaners. They are currently cleaning my wedding dress and they cleaned a few of my husband’s shirts and one of mine and they all look great. I took three pairs of jeans to be altered as well. I had the length taken in as well as the waist. Two of them now fit me perfectly and will be the first time I ever have jeans that fit me just right. I called about one pair that still feels very loose around the waist and they said I could bring that pair back without a problem. Very satisfied with the service and will be returning to Giralda for future needs.Service: Alterations
Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff doesn’t speak English, so I had to use gestures to explain what needs to be done. The wait time was 4 days which is ridiculous. So I went ahead and expedited it and I was supposed to receive clothes within 48 hours. It cost me almost double the price. They told me to collect the clothes an hour prior to the closing time. So I had to plan my day so I would be able to get my stuff right before they close. If I come earlier, the clothes wouldn’t be ready, if I come later they will be closed. Once I received my clothes, the person said they don’t accept cash, cards only. Which is fine and I paid with a card. When I came home I’ve seen that they didn’t use any starch and once you touch the clothes it becomes all wrinkled. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
I had a dress that I needed cleaned for a black tie wedding. I was out of town, so I had a family member pick up the dress for me. There was a mix-up by the cleaners and I didn't realize it until later on once the cleaner was already closed. I was nervous because it was a holiday weekend and the cleaner was closed until Monday. I called every number I could and within a very short time, Roland called me back and worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of in time. He went above and beyond to correct the situation, despite it being late at night on the night before the wedding. I'd recommend their cleaning service to anyone! The customer service really is above and beyond!
It takes then five full days to process dry cleaning for a shirt. Anything before is considered express. All work is outsourced and quality not exceptional. Even with express they did not deliver on time. I gave them 3 tries and given up.
They are the best.
