Girasol’s cuisine was built on the tradition of Chef CJ Jacobson’s interpretation of the California cuisine, and continues with our new Executive Chef, Justin Abram, who tastefully enriches that tradition with his own take of avant-garde cuisine.
Girasol is focused on supporting local farmers and purveyors by using sustainable products to bring our guests a dining experience that is both approachable and unique.
