I called Given Erwin on a Sunday morning to put together an anniversary bouquet for my wife that same day. Within a couple of hours, I received this beautiful arrangement on our doorstep. I cannot thank Cindy enough for helping out on such short notice, and for putting together such a creative, visually beautiful arrangement and for a very reasonable price. She has definitely earned my business moving forward!

Outstanding service and flower arrangement! Cindy, the owner went above and beyond to save us from the online scam with Blossom florists who originally took an order from my sister along with her credit card info. Cindy, delivered a beautiful birthday floral arrangement under a very tight timeline ensuring my sister‘s order would be filled on my birthday, despite the scam originating with Blossom florists. As a result of Cindy going out of her way to help us, my sister was able to alert her credit card company in time to stop fraudulent charges and order a new card. We can’t thank Cindy enough for her professional, ethical and reliable service!
Cindy at Given Erwin florist did our flowers for our wedding in the White mountains this June. They turned out absolutely incredible. Throughout the entire process Cindy was amazing, she met with me multiple times to review every and any detail I wanted to ensure it was exactly what I envisioned. Her attention to detail is amazing and I could not recommend her enough for any event!
I don't often write reviews, but today I was provided such extraordinary service that I wanted to share the story with others. At about 12:30pm I called Given Erwin Florist and spoke with the owner Cindy and asked if I could have a dozen roses delivered to my wife's office before the end of the work day. She said that she would try to get them there by 4. At 2:30 Cindy called me and was personally delivering the flowers - which in this age of Covid required getting a security guard to let her in the building. She was at the front desk of my wife's office which was unattended and was calling to make sure my wife was there. She was and the flowers were a huge hit and my wife got to parade them through the office. I thank Cindy for going the extra mile to arrange and to deliver the flowers so quickly and then making sure the flowers were in the proper hands. My wife was thrilled to get the flowers and I am a hero. But the true hero is Cindy who made everything happen so quickly and with great care. I give my highest recommendation to Cindy and Given Erwin Florist.
I'm still amazed thinking about my flowers for my wedding. Cindy and Given Erwin Florist do EXCEPTIONAL work. We live in the Burlington, MA area but our wedding was in Jackson, NH which wasn't a problem. My bridesmaids wore mismatched berry tones so my vision was to have the flowers be a blend of all the colors to add consistency to our theme. Cindy met with me a few times to ensure she understood my vision and provided sample arrangements along the way. She absolutely nailed the colors! I received so many compliments, and even the staff at our venue said the arrangements were the best they'd ever seen. Additionally, Cindy had provided a large variety and did not charge extra for "more expensive" flowers like some shops. She also did not skimp out on the amount of flowers either. The arrangements were full and plentiful. Lastly, her pricing was very reasonable. In fact, we got a few quotes in the local area to the venue and they were easily 2x more expensive for more "cookie-cutter" wedding packages. If you want a hidden gem shop with excellent quality, prices and customized service, go with Given Erwin, you will not be disappointed!
Cindy is the most beautiful and talented floral designer I have ever met. She continually out does herself . She makes the impossible possible and bends over backwards for her customers ! Top quality roses were used in the most beautiful funeral flowers for our mom they lasted forever and the design was again impeccable ! Highly recommend and as far as as we are concerned No one can do a better job !
