GJ's Pizza and Party Store

Despite mixed reviews, I decided to try this place. I was hopeful about the pizza because the pictures showed them cut in squares...like Chicago thin crust! And that's where it ended. Crust was ok until it cooled off and then it was flavorless cardboard. Sauce wasn't too bad. Toppings and cheese were plentiful... maybe to distract you from the crust. Also ordered a gyro. Overall, not bad but they forgot the tzaziki sauce so it was very dry. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but it wasn't bad for take-out style food.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! $70 for some Tostitos warmed up pizza, French bread with cheese melted on top, and a $6 2 liter. Pizza looked like my 300 pound grandmother sat on it. Would NEVER eat here again and don’t inspire anyone else to eat here

I waited 45 minutes on New Year’s Eve. It was more than worth it! Amazing pizza!

Pizza good but same experience as others with the woman behind the counter. Acted like I was a pain in the butt waiting for pizza and gushed over every male who came in. I watched it repeatedly for 20-25 minutes. Didn’t even acknowledge the tip I put in the jar right in front of her. Good thing the pizza is good!

My review is directed towards the "management". I'm a frequent flyer as I live nearby. During an earlier visit, the I believe general manager was yelling at an employee about how he was making pizza, it wasn't as detailed as she liked it. Today, the same woman was SCREAMING at an employee, again about how he was making the pizza. I'm not sure the details, but she while she was dehumanizing him for not looking her in the eye while she was berating him. I genuinely feel bad for the employees, and I hope they are able to find a job that respects them as people. To whom this my concern: do better.

moved away 7 years ago came back up to visit some friends went to my favorite pizza place and it's not even close to what it used to be. they gave me the wrong size pizza and change the recipe to something that doesn't resemble GJ's Pizza used to be all about. hopefully they figure it out or I don't see them making it much longer

No matter what you oder its going to be a cheese pizza with a little bit of what you want. They skimp on all the stuff other than cheese. To make sure order your pepperoni on the top

The cashier cut me a sweet deal on a pizza and I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. The cashier and the other guys were friendly and funny. I would highly recommend G J's Pizza.

With 10 extra people at our house for 4 days. 2 of their large pizza's left everyone full & it didn't break our bank!Food: 5/5
