Fraud Fraud Fraud. We ordered a 5000 dollar dining set from here. It came to the house and it was a completely different color from the one we ordered. It was silver and the one we ordered was brown and gold. The delivery people came to the house and opened a piece of it. It was the leg of the table. The leg was plastic! It wasn’t heavy at all! The leg of the dining table was able to be held with one hand. When I knocked on it it was hollow. Bad quality. So we told the delivery people to take it back we don’t want it. He said he’ll give us the money back. He charged us and had to make a dispute with the bank. Fraud and the items are terrible quality and not the same color as you order. This is why his prices are cheap. Don’t let him fool you with his prices. Don’t go through this headache and avoid him.

I ordered a couch that I tried out so i knew what i was getting. It was very comfortable and the color was what i was looking for and the price was right. Joe was easy to work with and responded to my questions and had it delivered on schedule. very happy with my purchase

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE TRUST ME! If I could give this place 0000000 starts I would. Owner was super nice at first in helping us find what we needed. We called back two days later and canceled bc something happened where we didn’t need the furniture anymore it was not in our control. He keeps pushing it off saying we can’t give you back deposit and he’ll call back to see. We waited all day and never got a call. Called back the next day and he said we’re calling too much?? Excuse me???? Very unprofessional if the furniture wasn’t shipped out it could have easily been canceled but he refused just so he didn’t have to give us deposit which makes no sense because he’s losing money anyway and space in his store. So don’t even bother also I’ve seen the other reviews now and if I saw them before I walked in I woulda turned away so do yourself a favor and turn away. His prices are also expensive you can find way better prices across the street lol or other furniture stores. Most use the same catalogs anyway.

Manager has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered, he acts like he’s the one paying you to take his items, terrible salesman, thats besides the fact the the quality of his items is insanely low,, ikea beats this quality by 100x, & the condition of the product is received in is horrible. The showroom is disgusting flies everywhere, personally I’d avoid completely because overall the whole experience was trash

Do Not Buy From This Store! Joe the owner is very condescending. I have placed a order through there Instagram page the person who handles their account is very attentive. The problems occurred when 1 they said they would deliver 1 day and i have to keep following up to get a straight answer for delivery. Then once delivered the nightstand I ordered came damaged with dents the delivery guys gave us Joe # and said deal with him and left. I have called him at 1st he offered a small discount which wasn't worth it for me I rather have a replacement which he stated he would send the guys back to pick up I told him rather once the replacement comes In then they can exchange it. He then sentbthe driver back to pick up and told them waiting for the exhange.He got the replacement the next day and have been running after him to deliver he will ignore my calls and text when he does answer he is very Condescending or will say I'll call you back and never does this has been going on for weeks. He also stated that he wished they would have pick it up which means he wanted to scre me. Ended up charging back. Buyers Beware!

Def the best price in town call with any model number they will be a few hundred less…

Great service and great prices

I bought from them several times but every time and every time something wrong with it it’s not with my items it’s with delivery service,the worst service ever Once my items didnt much ,once very delayed delivery, sincerely this time will be the last time, I use to refer all my friends and family there but now not anymore ,I’m very upset !if I had an appointment with kids they will treat me better and come on time, since one week delay I was waiting my delivery and finally when they said today, the said morning then they call afternoon I was waiting for them the whole day then they called and said tomorrow and again late noon then they called and said in 15 min , 3 hours late nothing! It’s nightmare since I stopped by and I paid the whole amount without not even discussing the price !

Stay away he literally just takes your money and gives you a broken item and when u call him he says up he'll pick it up tomorrow and he says that every day and never refunds u abd then just blocks you Stay far away not worth the headache

Thrown by most of the old reviews; our experience was great. We placed a deposit on a sofa bed in store and it was delivered as promised within the week. Delivery guys called 15 minutes before they arrived, they brought up the sofa two floors up and assembled it within another 15 minutes. Great customer service!
