Supervisors will lie to you about fixing a problem, yet they will gaslight you once the problem effects productivity, the same one you told them about weeks ago. Unless you're part of the "in crowd" good luck ever going up the ranks. They refuse to promote or pay people who are hard workers then blame the hard workers for productivity going down. The entire training department is a joke and only got there because of who they know. Tl;dr - nepotism and bad leadership
It's conveniently location and lots of parking, very clean too
It's a neat place I know and can tell there's caring people that work there...very professional. Well always recommend this stop to our friends and family
As a Machinist I saw several people quit because of the bad Supervisors that were in charge. I brought this up to HR and nothing was done about it. Then as a Supervisor I thought I could make a difference and I did but then I found that the Bad supervisors and hourly employees that were causing problems were protected. This is NOT a good place to work and I quit to fine somewhere that I was appreciated.
THE PLACE WHERE YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK, THEY WILL SAY YOU WILL HAVE YOUR JOBTITLE THAT YOU APPLIED FOR AND NO THEY LIED AND NOT WORTH WORKING HERE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE MOSTLY PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T GO TO SCHOOL BUT GOT TRAINED AT WORK AND THEY LIED GOT THE POSITION AND PAY, THATS NOT FAIR PLACE AND DECRIMINALIZATION AT THIS WORK PLACE , IF YOUR WORKING AND GOOD IN WHAT YOU DO YOU WONT MOVE UP THEY WILL KEEP YOU THERE THEY JUST GET OTHER PEOPLE THEY KNOW TO WORK IN THAT AREA AS LONG YOU HAVE CONNECTIONS YOUR GOLDEN AND CAN WORK , ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR A LEAD AND DONT DO ANYTHING ON THE WEEKENDS AND WHEN OTHERS CAN WORK ALSO AND GET THE JOB DONE,
Great place to work, have been there for 25 years
Customer service is far from decent. I email my request for quotes from them and get a reply usually once every 2 weeks on average. Communication is little to non-existant.
Worked here for 37 years before I retired 5 years ago. For the most part it was a great place to work. Great people work there.
it is an excellent place to work people and supervisors are people prepared to motivate employees. I recomended
I walked in the shop to take a weld test, dude who gave me everything, purge plates, fixtures and such was telling how his welders are the best in the United states. Bench welders that is. I challenge any of the welders there to walk into the UA training center and pass a UA 41 weld test. Schedule 80 steel pipe using 309 stainless rod on a 6g position. And then the UA 63 heavywall test. All of a sudden we have average welders here.
