the worst experience i have ever had. i have been paying monthly for a car wash subscription for the self service car wash. i went up put in my membership number and was waiting to enter when the owner walked around and began yelling at me. he screamed that he was going to call the police, and that i was stealing from him. i no longer had a sticker because i had gotten a new car and had never had a problem before. i have also on numerous occasions tried to cancel my subscription with them only to be charged over and over again by them. ultimately it was an awful and terrifying experience, i will never go back and will never ever suggest for someone to go there.

Paid $21 for the touchless car wash, only to have the doors open and equipment in the middle of the bay.  It's after hours so no one around to refund me or move the equipment.  If you're going to store equipment in the bay, mark it out of order and turn off the ordering system.  Don't allow your customers to pay, then not be able to use. Seems like business 101 to me.  Update:  came back the next day and the attendant was very helpful and apologetic.  Unfortunate that he wasn't able to give me the $21 car wash that I paid for, but was very nice in explaining why.

Accommodated my car same day for interior cleaning & detailing. Really nice, down-to-earth guys that came, looked at the car, gave me a reasonable quote for the services. They also worked fast and got everything done in 3 hours. I was very impressed by their thoroughness--I own a cheap Mazda 3 but spend the money once a year to clean it since I drive a lot and suffer from significant pollen/dust allergies. Their cleaning was up to snuff as judged by my overly sensitive nose!

I just bought a new 2015 black Lexus that is very hard to keep and stay clean.  I just brought it to Auto Spa off Amherst Street and met Matt  the manager.  What a great guy.  He drives a black Jeep and understands how hard it is to keep a black car clean.  I bought a book of car wash cards from him and saved some money.  My car looks great now and his service was really nice.  A lot of these places the attendants don't even have the time to talk to you but he was really easy to work with.  I work for a large company and I will make sure my co-workers know about his service.  I'm glad I stumbled upon this place.

Pretty good car wash. The hot wax option is really good. Downside is after your car is all clean and spotless, the door opens with dirty dripping water. So as you drive out, you get dirty water all over your car. Might be better on a nice hot dry day, but that is when I would wash it by hand.

These guys always hit it out of the park. Iv'e been a monthly club pass member for 1.5 years & they always have the best equipment at great prices- never a wait because they are fully staffed daily & the location is on the main strip of Amherst st. The touch less auto self serve always does a great job for those with antennas & hitches. If your thinking of joining a monthly car wash club this is the place.
