Glacier Lanes

Found this shop on Google as I live in Bellevue and it was one of the closer shops to my house. I called to inquire about buying my first bowling ball and could tell that Jason store owner is extremely knowledgeable about bowling. I came in and was met with amazing customer service. Jason explained the differences between the materials of bowling balls, taught me the correct technique on hooking the bowl, and drilled / set-up my ball for free. On top of that, he even gave me two free games so that I could test out my bowl and gave me some pointers while I bowled. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area, and can speak for beginners that this is the place to go if you have questions or are looking for equipment.

Crowded place, with high prices and grumpy staff. It's too bad no one in our disabilities group was alerted to the flashing and how they can trigger seizures. With a new system of lights you may be able to slow down the disco affect some, but the staff didn't seem to care much about this idea or how they could help.

Reasonably priced, very fun. Missing some of the more fancy animations on the overhead displays but no points lost for that. As a bowling alley, these folks are awesome. They also have a military/veteran's discount which seems to apply to the whole party if you have any former or active-duty service members in your group.

It's really easy to not pay and just walk out. Also it's easy to sleep at night about it cause the staff is racist and and ruder then the worst mcdonalds employees you've ever had to deal with. I love bowling for free here...In return for bowling for free I get food cooked out of a glorified dumpster of a kitchen and I get to bowl on broken lanes that don't work. Why would anyone pay this place at all? Idk ‍

THERESA is the worst employee in that place, the bowling alley. I made a reservation with my family, and when we finally arrived and met her, there was something about her tone of voice that sent me off at first. She couldn't resist but showed us her colors by racially commenting about my family. Another player asked her if they could switch stations, and the spot available was the one by our station. THERESA, at the top of her lungs, screamed, without knowing that I was standing right infront of her when she said. I quote, "There's no opening available except by "those people with their babies," meaning "black people." Her colleague swiftly told her, "That is racism." That was when I intervened. She didn't say sorry instead was adamant about saying that what she said was not considered racist. We exchanged curse words, and she said she would call the cops on me. THERESA, you are a RACIST, confirmed by your co-worker, and lack basic human decency. You have no place in that workplace.

Unlimited Bowling 9:30-Midnight almost every day for $11-$12/person is so affordable. Reserve your lane. Also Unlimited bowling on the weekends 2-4pm & midnight-2am cosmic sessions. Keep in mind, average games take 10 min. per person.

My goto bowling alley. Been coming here since I was a little guy. Staff is great from ownership on down. They have done a great job of making personal connections and making this a local establishment, even though they provide entertainment and a social setting on such a larger scale. Looking forward to improvements and modernization to carry this place into the next generation of Bowlers!

They were very busy and had no lanes available. I was told u have to really reserve a lane online. So we just went to the restaurant which the the food was good and service was great.

A great place to have fun with family and friends! Good food and a nice selection of beer and liquor at the bar. Reasonable prices and friendly service!
