I absolutely love this doctors office. The doctors and a nurse practitioners that they have at this particular facility are excellent and above and beyond. Also if you ever need anything the lady Maria at the front of the office is perfect she’s authentic and she knows her work. The rest of the ladies working at the front office are just as good. Any medical problems this is definitely the place she would love to be at. I give this place five stars
Dr. Cabrera was so wonderful! It was my first time seeing him and he was so kind and welcoming! Highly recommend!
The Doctors do not care about their patients, you set an appointment with them even if you come on time they’ll make you do 2-3 hours wait. Worst thing about them the don’t even refill prescriptions on time even if you keep calling in, they like making people wait.
Hello my name Antoinette Harrell Huff when i tell you this Medical Center has a place of compassionate employees. I was a new patient on last week. I had problem with my insurance provider, but the young lady at the desk went above and beyond. She called the providers and made contact with the correct person. But before she got the correct provider she called so many numbers never gave up. This younglady could she i was not well i had recently been discharge from the hospital. The providers said they could not approve my visit until 10/01/22. She explain that i needed to see a doctor asap and i was on the office. About 10 mins later i was ready. Its hard to find people like her anymore. And they have a nurse this younglady is very caring and friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive.. They offered me a closer center to my home i decline, because i felt the care from this facility. Can't leave out the doctor explain everything to me and very friendly. My exiperience the best.....
I got good visit and everyone were kind to us. Hope to keep then as a primary.
If could give 0 star I definitely will do it.... They are the worst... We used our medical plan that covers blood work, but they apparently used a different laboratory and make me paid the services and they did not advise me before doing it. Now we are in a debt collector because of Glades Medical Centers. BEWARE!!!!!. scam. Do not trust this people.
I had an appointment for 10am called in at 8:30am to verify the traffic for this time and was assured prompt service, it’s now 11:30AM and I am still waiting outside. Only two people here with me. Have in mind I got here before 10am. **UPDATE** I have updated my star review from 1 to 3 becuase of the great service the black female doctor provided. She was attentive, professional and kind hearted. I would go back here again just for the doctor. Thanks
Absolutely love this place. They truly care about ones well being. Not only do they check everything from head to toe but the doctor gives great enlightenment advice on not only health but overall lifestyle fixtures. The staff is amazing expecially Karla she made sure I was in and out and had a pleasant visit. Will definitely be doing every check up here.
The worst experience ever!!!!! Don't go there. I scheduled my first visit but unfortunately in the morning I received a positive resul for Covid, so instead of going I called and asked for a doctor who can give me general advice on how to proceed and the response ....I'm sorry we don't have labs or any information on you. it doesn't matter, I knew that all I wanted was generic advice to take care at home while I'm not feeling that bad, only feels like a common flu. I never ever will call that place again. HORRIBLE customer service, the voice too sweet but what was saying was basically take care of your self and call someone else 03/30/2021
Took my mother in for her checkup and a quick visit made for a great experience. I was seen a few minutes after my scheduled time and was explained everything in pain English for us understood. Staff really cares and goes out of their way to ensure your complete satisfaction!.
