The mission of Harlem Heights Improvement Association is to promote community unity, resident involvement, and neighborhood improvement.
Encourage residents to attend community meetings and events.
Encourage residents to uphold a high standard of property appearance in the neighborhood.
Encourage community awareness and cooperation with law enforcement to promote neighborhood safety and security.
Act as the liaison between agencies and the community to address the needs of the residents.
