A very warm thank you to, Jeff B. in the floral dept. Jeff was kind, attentive and super patient with no judgement towards my ordering mishap. Sometimes it feels like we forget that we are all going through something in life and a little kindness goes a long way. I highly recommend going to Hyvee for your floral needs. If you need floral advice call in the daytime and hope you get Jeff or the other nice ladies there working their floral magic.
Ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS but was delivered by HyVee. The visit was lacking at least 6 flowers that I paid extra as an upgrade. Two of the flowers were already limp and dying. When we called to complain they knocked off the upgrade fee and did nothing to remedy the dead flowers. You'd be better off getting flowers from Sam's or Walmart.
Would not answer me or give me a price gave me the run around highly do not recommend very unprofessional and wasted our time !
Made definite arrangement for flowers for a funeral for my long-time Army pal. Hy-Vee Floral did not deliver flowers to the funeral and never let me know that weren't delivering Have just learned that Hy-Vee performed very admirably. I was mistaken when I said they didn't deliver my flowers. They provided a beautiful spray for the service and still haven't charged me. Richard Miller
When my son ordered a flower arrangement for Valentines Day for his girlfriend, he sent me the invoice asking me to pick it up. I picked up an arrangement that appeared to me as though someone went into the greenhouse, gathered some flowers, cut them in varying lengths and stuck them in a vase. No true arranging, just flowers in a vase. For an $70 arrangement I would have been very disappointed but he felt strapped for time and let it slide. This will not happen again. Either they step up their game or we shop somewhere else.
I had questions about who sent an arrangement and was able to get the name so I could send a thank you.
Flowers left on front porch in 98 degree weather - no water or flower food. When I called they said they would remake the flowers - I went in to pick up Yesterday afternoon and the shop Ol was closed. Customer service told me the flowers we’re not there and to come back , when the Flower shop is open.
My son waited till the day of his homecoming to tell me he needed a flower corsage for his date and the have florist made it happen
They went out of their way to make sure I had the best arrangement and had a bag of rose petals made right in front of me. Excellent service
The planter I requested was lovely & received faster then expected. I would definitely use them again. Job we'll done!!
