I've been coming here since I was little. They keep the playgrounds new, safe, age appropriate, and the restrooms are well-maintainedand the water fountains work. They provide ample trash cans, rentable spaces for parties and volleyball. The basketball courts are new and well lit in the evening. The tracks around the park are long, well-kept, and they added a new portion on the Gladstone side.
Kids loved this park. Lots of interactive toys. There are 2 park areas. Bathrooms. No shade. Felt very safe. Walking trail goes around the park. Large picnic area. Not many tables. Small parking lot. Dog-friendliness: Some people were there with dogs.
Beautiful large spacious grass areas, more than one. Tall shady trees provide for one of several picnic table areas. Large ADA playground, lots of room. Followed the dirt park around, full size basketball court with another shady picnic bench area. Crossed the bridge over the wash, another playground and the second bathroom I saw, almost no graffiti and well maintained saw no trash. Continued path with my 5 month old puppy, another shady picnic area, available to reserve. Finished walk around large grass area with 1 backstop. Great place for puppy to run jump & be a puppy! We’ll return to play again.
Another great park I visited. This park has a variety of playgrounds, has a Fire Station next to it, that mu Grandson received a sticker badge from one of the Firemen on Duty. That was really nice of the Fireman to give my Grandson tjis badge.. it placed a huge smile on his face. I highly recommend this park, for people with children. Also, fpr people that enjoy bbqing... theres a bbq place here also, where you can picnik with family and friends. Thanks, I will return.
More dirt than grass. Restrooms are a little far from the picnic area, but we're clean. Sizeable playground for children. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly. A group was having a dog training class.
A great landmark from my childhood. This place is relaxing, peaceful, and safe.
Good place to relax and have the kids play, the park is new and it connects to another little park by bridge, bathrooms are here and open for use but they could be clean better. Will visit this park again kids like it 8 out of 10
The park was just reopened after being refurbished and all but one of the mallets on the new playground has been ripped off, an entire tube from the stand up xylophone is gone, a whole playground fixture has been removed leaving only the base...it's awful.
Great park for all ages! There are two separate playgrounds. One is more younger toddler friendly while the other is better for older kids. There's also a small walking track and baseball court. Restrooms... Not so clean though but what can you expect for a public park?
