Dr. Gladstone is the kind of doctor everyone should have. I've lived in many major cities in the U.S. Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago and they were filled with top-rate hospitals and fancy medical practices. What they lacked was personal attention to their patients; truly listening and diagnosing patient ailments; and respecting the patients time. Waiting for often over an hour for a doctor appointment is unacceptable to me and is common place in today's medical system. Dr. Gladstone is everything those other practices are not, while still providing first-rate service and a sense of competence you don't often see these days. He knows his patients and I never wait more than 5 minutes when I arrive. Ever. I also love that unless an exam is needed at the moment, you sit with him in his office to discuss what's going on. It's a personal touch I've grown to love over the nine years I've been seeing him. It's also worth mentioning that his entire staff is friendly, responsive, and I've appreciated to getting to know some of them over the time I've been at this practice. Since the office feels like a home, all the staff make you feel very comfortable while being there. Now, my wife goes to Dr. 'G' and 18-month old son. He's a fantastic, straight-forward, easily accessible doctor I would recommend to others without question.

Dr. G is the kind of physician you will only have once in a lifetime. He is down to earth, has excellent bed side manner, doesn't get his feathers ruffled with anything and is calm as a cucumber. Now, my husband, myself and my 18 month old son see this amazing family doctor. He remembers things about our family that are amazing. He connects with my son in such a meaningful way and always listens to my questions. I have been to plenty of docs that think they know everything and talk down to me as I don't have a clue. Dr. G answers all of my questions so patiently and never judges me. I can't say how much I love seeing Dr. G. He is a great family practice physician. You can't go wrong here!

Unfortunately, happy clients post reviews much less frequently than unhappy ones do. I've been with Dr. Gladstone for many years and consistently experienced first-rate competence as well as openness to differential diagnosis. True, when my hunches were wrong, he said so directly -- and he turned out to be right. When my research has been sound, he considered it seriously. His manner and that of his staff are professional yet personal. My time is valuable or at least so I think, and he wastes none of it. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes, and my consultations with him get the job done quickly.
