Do not use this car wash. I bought the most expensive car wash expecting a decent wash, I had fairly low expectations. I should have bought the cheapest one. Same car wash level and the vacuum token is not worth using. There wad no suction speak of and no attendant on duty to help.Service: Full body wash
The car wash is pretty expensive considering the other options in the area. Vacuums are $2.00 and don't suction very well. The vacuum station is dual sides and I do like that. It says you get a free vacuum token with a wash but I haven't received one the two times I have gone thru. The actual wash damaged my car and since no attendant is on duty, I tried to call the number but nobody had returned a call. I will take my business to Cascade or Green lantern from now on. The only plus side is it's well lit at night and on a busy road so I feel fairly safe.
If I could give it negative Stars I would this is the worst car wash I have ever been to. We only got the truck half rinsed before the water stopped. And then we only got it half dry before the air stopped. When we went to the vacuum cleaners they don't work the suction on them is horrible. And the air freshener smelled lousy. There's nobody there to talk to, even though there was an employee, he would not open the door. Save your money and go somewhere else, it is so not worth it!!Service: Full body wash
Employees are rude. Son called to inquire about a job and the guy was rude af. Simply politely say you're not hiring. It's not hard to be kind.
BEWARE!!! This car wash tore the chrome siding off my brand new car, and I reported this to the owner and NOTHING has been done to contact me or repair what damage has been done: an employee was watching as the car wash saw this happen and after exiting the wash he spoke to me saying he was not in charge and could do nothing to help and gave me a number to text: this is absolutely terrible customer service relations and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH, horrible!
While it has good prices, you can't see while driving forward to the please you need to stop, without having to wipe off the soap from your windshield with your wiper. This causes the windshield to not get as clean as it does in other car wash places.
Car wash here is excellent. I failed to follow the instructions so it didn’t quite work for me the first time, but the worker was nice and helped me out and I was able to try again. The vacuum is nice but the one I tried, the suction was not very good. The air freshener is also a nice feature and smells great. I was trying to sign up for the monthly unlimited wash but I didn’t take a picture of the sign so I wasn’t able to sign up. Even looked on the website and na-da. Overall, still would recommend.
5 stars only for the brush wash. Full Disclosure: Sometimes they should be open when they are not. If you remain in the lot/ line, the attendant will eventually show and open the place. Decent wash. Radio instructions are difficult to hear over static, I guessed at what instructions via radio were attempting to communicate with me.
