Upon leaving I was charged over $400. General cleaning was listed as a charge. I suggest looking at my previous review about the cleanliness of my place when I moved in. They claimed broken blinds when there where none and are charging residents $100 to replace what they are remodeling.
Please know when you move out, they do not mail you a bill and if you move in another apartment on property, they won’t leave it for you or add the leave amount on the community website where you pay! It showed 0 for weeks then disappeared! Then as it’s about to go to collections, Doris will then call you! I never saw my emailed bill! I have no issues with paying a move out amount, but, this shouldn’t be emailed and could have been handled way earlier! It’s handled now, but I’m not happy over the way she handled it! Also, Doris should know I cleaned it and left it perfectly cleaned! But was still charged a90$ fee in old unit! The next unit will be videotaped and this won’t fly again! And thank God new unit has wood blinds instead of the break as you touch ones they charge out the ‘as for! Not very happy with the way things are handled!
Renter beware! This property is terrible from the management to the apartments. I have been a resident for approx 3 years and living here is the biggest inconvenience you will ever experience. My electric bill in those 3 years averages around $275 a month for 1 person in a 1 bedroom apt who works full time during the week. The windows leak so bad that the draft blows my curtains around. There is a gap in my front door that you can see through from settling. Also my HVAC unit stops working about every other month with no long term repair. The property management staff leaves a lot to be desired. They like to schedule property improvements and then tell you when you can and can’t use the apartment that you pay for every month. Not to mention the ever increasing rent prices. For the price you pay here now you can most certainly find something much nicer and much closer to everything. Oh and I hope you don’t like to decorate your patio because your options are very limited on what they will “allow” you to have as decorations. As it was told to me by the property manager “You live in an apartment you can’t expect privacy” lol I swear you can’t make this stuff up. The Aviator apartments are right across the street and much nicer at the same price point. Just my 2 cents but I know I’m getting the hell out of here as soon as my lease is up.
I didn't know what to think when I first arrived at the Glen at Polo Park. I have never been to Arkansas before. The apartment complex seemed a little out of the way. The first person I met was Scarlett Leasing Consultant. She was warm and inviting and toured me around the facilities. I stayed in a corporate furnished apartment with them for a month while I looked for a house. The housing market was terrible, so a went around Bentonville at other apartments. Then it dawned on me, I really liked my experience at the place I was at. I decided to stay at the Glen at Polo Park. I had to move into a different unit. I ran into some snags. Scarlett and Trenee Leasing Consultant fixed every single problem I had and they did it with a smile. I have not lived in an apartment in years, but I can tell you I have never had to people that were more competent in their roles. They taught me that it is never about the problem, it is about the people that help you navigate through the noise. I appreciate their work and I recommend The Glen a Polo because of their excellence. They are truly Rare Gem Stones.
Really really disappointed with my lease thus far. I moved into the apartment in April, and ever since April the air conditioning won’t keep up at a specific temperature. I set my air to 75, thinking it can keep up with that, but it can’t. My apartment is consistently 80-82 degrees on 90-100 degree days. I understand I’m on the third floor but this shouldn’t happen. None of my third floor neighbors have a problem. I went down to the leasing office where the woman was rude and stated “it’s just because you’re on the third floor, I’ve lived here for three years and it’s just like that”. When my lease is up I will be looking elsewhere just based on how I’m treated. I shouldn’t have to spend time at my spouses home to feel comfortable in the heat. Dissatisfaction is all I can say.
I just recently moved into these apartments, and so far I love them and the chill, laid-back environment. My leasing agent, Trenee, was also very helpful, sweet, chill, and super, and I do mean super patience with me on doing the paperwork, signing my lease, making a last-minute change to my move-in date of my lease, getting my apartment ready at the last minute, and more. I would highly recommend her as your leasing agent if you are considering moving to the Glen at Polo Park Apartments.
My husband and I are looking to rent an apartment on July 6th, and you can imagine the complications right before a holiday. Not only did Trenee from Polo Park answer on Monday, July 3rd she was the only one, she took the time to provide us with four videos on available units, a comprehensive email with all fees and deposits, and her demeanor was courteous and professional. In addition, she was prompt in getting the information sent to us right away. Needless to say, the Glen at Polo Park will be getting our business and we recommend them to anyone else, as well.
Erika, the assistant property manager, was very helpful during our recent move in! Easy to work with and attentive. Great place to live.
Glen at polo park is amazing! The staff always goes above and beyond. Trenee is great, she helped me move in quickly and made sure I got everything I needed in order for it to go smoothly. 10/10 definitely recommend this amazing complex.
Trene’s was a fantastic host as she took us around to look at available apartments. What a great personality! Enjoyed our tour!
