Glen Burnie Car Wash II

This has become one of my favorite car washes in the area. It has several self-service washing bays, 2 automatic washing bays, and dog washing stations I believe 3. The grounds are always clean, and I haven't had any issues with any machines that I've used. I really like this facility.

This carwash is amazing. Brushless and all. I usually use the automatic wash for my car but they also have a dog washing station.

Updating my review! After posting I was contacted and the owner had my wiper fixed. I appreciate that a business can be accountable! Thank you! Automatic car was broke off my rear window wiper. I called the number on the door during business hours and left a message. Never received a call back. I didn't expect payment for a new wiper, maybe a refund for the wash, maybe at least a callback to apologize for the inconvenience and let me know they would look into it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. The owners obviously don't care about their customers and their vehicles to not even call someone back. Of course there is assumed risk in anything which is of course how so many business that offer a service get out of being responsible for any damages their faulty service causes, so just assume that if you use this car was your car will be damaged and no one will care to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I've only every used the automatic car wash so I can't rate the whole experience properly. Though I'm sure the manual washing stations are just as good, I do like the automatic. It has different types of washes, like many car washes have, and a dryer once it's done. The only thing that it lacks, I think, is the time the dryer runs. It doesn't dry the car fully but a little bit of driving around or running a drying rag over the car takes care of that easily. The vacuum stations are great, ample time for low cost to clean the inside of the car and the option to add scent is a nice extra touch.

The dog wash rooms and equipment are terrific! Always clean, warm in the winter and working. The hours are convenient as well.

HORRIBLE! I went through the soft touch wash in my Chevrolet Suburban. The wash was awful left BIG scratches on my SUV Dents on my door also almost ripped my mirror out. Recommendation NEVER EVER USE THE SMALL SOFT TOUCH WASH HERE I rather go to the express tunnel wash location by target then this poor soft touch wash right here. I will never take my business at this location again but I will now be going to the location 1 by the target.

I've been coming here for 3 years now since I moved to the area. It's spacious and very rarely have I pulled in and found no open spots. It's not too expensive and it's a lot of fun washing the car yourself, I have my oldest help me and he loves it. There's also an auto car wash if you don't want to wash it yourself but you should at the very least hit it with the wax and wipe it down. It's a good car wash, I have no complaints.
