Glenda's Cafe

I came here with my mom and grandma. It’s a small little diner. They have a small selective menu which I personally like because then it’s easier to make a decision! We had good service. The atmosphere was good for my grandma. She could hear our conversations for the most part. The food and service were great!

I have to say this one of the best cafés in lake country. The service, the food is just amazing. The people that work here are just so friendly.

Super friendly service and great food. Breakfast is fresh cooked to order and yummy. Friday fish is some of the best in the area. Go with a small group of 4 or less due to the small dining area. If it is summer, the side porch can handle bigger groups.Food: 5/5

Home cooked food at it finest. We visited Glenda's for a last minute dinner out. The food was outstanding. I had a french dip sandwich with seasoned steak fries and creamy coleslaw. My husband had the salmon blt, which he quickly devoured. Raspberry pie and banana cream pie for dessert, which was homemade. The last time I had banana cream pie this good was in New Orleans. Excellent service and atmosphere. We will be back. Prices were reasonable also.

Glenda’s is the absolute BEST! Best food, best service, best people and one of the reasons we love to live where we do!! Don’t miss it! Kid-friendliness: Great for families!

DON’T EAT HERE! RUDE STAFF, came in and the hostess said, “we’re full” no problem we can be patient, we will wait. She said, “you can’t wait in here.” And you cannot put your name on any kind of list. It’s unclear how you’re supposed to dine here, you have to time it perfectly for there to be a table open? In the process of trying to leave the hostess again told us we couldn’t wait there, it was as though we were expected to immediately depart.

The pics should say it all. Love everything about Glenda's. Great food and great service. Made from scratch desserts. Yum! This is the classic BLT, salsa/avocado "burger" I chose no meat, pecan pie and chocolate mousse cake.

Incredible quiche. Pies are some of the best I've had. Very small so I would expect a wait on busy days. Nothing fancy just good food and great service

Bad vibes, bad food, bad service. It's a NO for me Dog. The entire dining area smells like the bathroom.

Glenda's is a FANTASTIC little secret in Okauchee, Wisconsin. It is run by Glen, and his wife Brenda Glenda's is an amalgamation of their names. Everything, including the fantastic pies, cakes, and cheesecakes are made fresh by Glen daily. This is a perfect place to meet up for a meal and to visit, as food can take awhile to prepare due to the fact Glen is the only one cooking. That being said, the wait is always well worth it with the food cooked to order and perfection! Brenda runs the dining room, and often is the only server. Despite this, she is courteous, attentive, and genuinely cares about the experience of everyone who comes through their door. Highly recommend!!! Be sure to check hours online, as they often split the day, and are closed between breakfast/lunch and dinner service for change over.
