The clerk manager Julia H. refuses in every possible way to do her job. If you happen to be in pro per because of financial hardship, be very aware: she will shamed, judged you and will avoid correcting any mistake done on her watch, and will keep on blaming on YOU the errors, just because you are self-represented. Hearings for motions are not taken off calendar even after the party bringing up the motion has been already dismissed: huge waste of court resources and time, keeping a case on calendar and calling it "just because"...
Parked in front of court house at 3:52. called to schedule an appointment at 3:57 Was scheduled for 4:00; out of courthouse at 4:04. Very pleased to pay my fine? ... in all seriousness the process was really fast & simple
The court has no care or concern for the customers that are paying them to do/keep their jobs. I spent 6 hours just to see a judge to handle a minor traffic ticket. They decided to take a lunch with only 2 people left to see from the 8:30am appointments. Instead of taking 15 minutes to finish up with us, they make us wait another 2 hours for them to get back from lunch. Lesson learned pack a lunch because while you're starving waiting two hours the judge is enjoying his delicious meal. Must be nice to go to school to take advantage of people's time so those same people can pay you to live your lavish lifestyle.
I have been calling different courthouses but they never connect me with a clerk, i googled Glendale courthouse and looked thru the questions. Some of the answers were from the actual courthouse and they put in a number. So i called and i was so relieved when i was actually connected with a clerk. I forgot her name but she was so helpful. Thank you so much!
Workers are OBSCENE disorganized full of hatred and they LOVE to see you run around to compensate for their disorganization. Don't wish you laughing cows well.
Does anyone like going to court? This is basically a feeder court for burbank unless you have a local traffic ticket or misdemeanor. Parking is relatively tough, the local meters only take coins and many have a one hour limits, look for the two hour meters.
I don't live in Glendale but was told by an officer that I have a warrant in Glendale. So if I could just get ahold of someone over the phone, that'd be great. Problem is, the phone just rings and rings and rings forever and no one picks up. No voicemail, no automated system, just an infinite dial tone. Seriously??? I can't come into the courthouse, I don't live there! This is ridiculous.
You have to be real bad to go here. They have a oxygen bar on the second floor next to the vending machines. They close a little early but it's invitation-only.
this is the worst courthouse, if you have a court date here good luck to you, no one answers the phone and when you actually show up to talk to them in person, there is no parking and if by any chance there is.... you need coins.
They don't know how the customer service works, waiting too long for any situation maybe they're doing on purpose to pay more for parking , anyways, when you're about to go to this courthouse you should use medicine for nerves lol
