Writing review as I am currently in the office. Arrived shortly after 3 pm, waited one hour to be called in. I am here for a quick urine test and physical exam for work. I’ve been here 2 hours now and I’m being held here for over 35 minutes now just to wait for a signature from the doctor. Staff does not wash hands before or after patient care. My heart rate, O2 saturation, respiratory rate and temperature was written down on the form before they were even checked. Office could use some cleaning as equipment and rooms are dusty. Not to be picky, but it should be a hygienic environment. I did not see the physician, only an NP and the aid. I never write reviews but felt that I should now. Finally, after almost 45 minutes, I’m being told I can leave and that there was no need to wait.

If you're a new patient look elsewhere. I decided to try this office out as my new primary care physician, I waited for 3 hours and finally gave up and left. Everyone there went and left before I was seen. Maybe if you know the doctor personally they'll get to you. I was one of 3 people that complained about how long they were taking and they just kept saying "they're delayed" Delayed from their inability to properly schedule. If I could give those zero stars I'd give it negative one. Seriously, head my warning GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

Dr Sia is our Family Physician since 2000. She treats me and my wife with utmost dignity and respect. She gives her true diagnosis of our illness and proper treatment we needed to get us cured. We are highly satisfied with the care and love that she imparts to all of us her patients. Thanks Dr Sia

Walk ins are very slow to see, but generally they will see you within 1 hour. Nice staff

I got an odd creepy? vibe from this place when I entered. And the doctor was ... Ok... I think. She just was half doing a check up, half bullying me. It was very weird. She used her computer a lot... Stared at it most of the time... But was also caring a bit when she was doing the actual check up. Worst part was that the clinic seemed to be very full of patients when I stepped out of the doctor's office, and some were coughing and stuff it should have been very natural to hear ppl cough at a doctor's office, but the waiting room felt like serious sickness, and by the time I got out to my car I was seriously light-headed and threw up twice right onto their lawn. I drove home and never went back there. I'd recommend looking into another doctor's office. My experience was weird at best.

Dr. Imelda Sia is our primary physician for over 10 years. She spends appropriate time with her patients and calls to keep us informed on results of any examination. We appreciate how much she cares for the family.

Dr Sia is one of the best PCP, she is super friendly and never ignore any of your symptoms. Staffs are friendly, they could be overwhelmed but yet and still take care of our family.

Do not go to this office. I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is really bad. I am very patient but 3 hours waiting for the doctor ro see me for ear ache and cold its ridiculous. Got here at 9:10 am and its 12pm and still have not seen the doctor. They take your copay first though and now I am stuck here. I have to go back to work. I told them and still nothing. I am switching my doctor. It's a waste of time. There were others waiting for the same time I was and they asked the staff how much longer and the answer was "it's hard to say". Seriously... this place needs to be more efficient.

This office has absolutely no respect for their patient’s time. I have never waited less than an hour. The last time a prescription refill took over an hour. There is one nurse that is so rude she has made me cry on multiple occasions. Both times I needed surgery, one for an emergency appendectomy, and the second time for an emergency once again hysterectomy, she said I had a bladder infection. Thank god I went to an emergency room both times after receiving her diagnosis. The first time I was in after my hysterectomy I was asked why I don’t have any kids yet... seriously? I am not one to leave a negative review but I am sharing my warning.

The staff are super rude and unfriendly,obviously dont care about people. As for the doctor she shouldn't be even working her profession any longer considering how slow and insufficient she is. I had an appointment and been waiting over an hour ,others have been waiting in the waiting room packed in the waiting room longer than I have. Dont come to this office, dont waste your time and your money. Go somewhere you will be taken care of and actually seen as soon as possible. Worst service I've ever experienced just trying to be seen by a doctor.
