We started as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy for adults only.
Then the kids came and we have a huge amount of kids, with the kids came the
parents and families.
Then we added other Martial arts Styles and lastly we added the fitness
classes that are not related to martial arts except for the thrive to achieve
better results and the commitment with the excellence.
Sampa Body weight fitness is a segment of Sampa Martial arts
Focused on group fitness classes that uses mainly body weight
exercises.
We offer Running Classes, cardio kick and strength and Conditioning
Circuit classes.
