I visited on Labor Day. So, it may be different in non-holidays or earlier in the summer. The workers were very helpful and nice the pool was nice, but none of the slides were turned on when I was there. I came about 15 minutes before they opened and was able to purchase tickets. Because we came early, we were able to grab one of the tables in the shade, which was crucial.
Nice place. Different areas for kids of all ages to play/swim. Big slide and some climbing areas, but when we went the little kid slides and splash area was essentially shut down, rather upsetting as this area was what my 3 year old would have enjoyed the mostVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
This is a bargain and a real bang for your buck!. This splash park has been in this community for awhile. The staff are professionals, the pool is entertaining for kids. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but hey, it's still a public pool. Great for a hit saturday!.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$1–5
Staff seem a bit immature and don’t know certain facts about the pool or safety regulations. Lifeguards were joking a lot and not communicating well. The pool was nice and had a lot for kids to interact with.
Went Saturday 8/12 1pm large crowds standing outside lines not moving ..employee said staff didn’t show up and the pool is closed until she gets approval from manager to open that it’s only open to birthday parties and prepaid reservations. I will never go back to this place. Left and had a blast at rollingcrest insteadVisited onWeekend
This is the worst splash park in Maryland. I wish it were possible to give no stars. I came with my toddlers on 07/15/2023 and stood on the line for an hr in 95°F and still didn't get in. All those with reservations were allowed in without queuing, which is okay. But the annoying and inconsiderate part was that, we were all allowed to still be in line/queue after the attendants saw we were more people than was going to be allowed in. They could have just counted the people in line and told others after capacity to leave. Not make us stay in line for an hr in 95°F then tell us to go home. It was chaotic with toddlers wailing to go into the park. The park needs better customer service, empathy and organization. Poorly and badly organized place. With the non chanlant attitude of the staff, the poor service is a norm.
Perfect for kids , there are many splash pools for toddler and kids - from 1 feet to 3and 1/2 feet deep as maximum . An online reservation park direct make you avoid the waiting line . The team and The life guards are professional and doing very good job . They give 10 minute break each hour I found that good for kids ,parents and guards
The front desk staff Joann is horrible. Refused to answer any questions or look up any information on events at this center as "she didn't have the time to" was her response. This is not my first call to the center, this is their typical response. Being new to the county and this area, I would have thought this center would have a bit more professionalism.
None of the sprinklers/pipes were working in the splash pad area. So half of it was not operative and had "not in use per covid" signage. A few lifeguards were on their phones and unprofessional/horseplaying, I didn't expect them to be helpful in an emergency. I found a rusty hoop earring in the same area where babies walk around. Handed it to the lifeguard and she seemed confused why I handed it to her. So I guess no checks are ever done to make sure it's safe to swim? Granted, the price is decent, there are plenty of chairs. But that's about it.
Kids slides were closed. Little disappointed. They doing renovations during speak season Smart!! Must make a reservation if planning to go during weekends.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$1–5
