Starting April 2, the clinic in Minden will have a physician available 4 days/week. We will also begin providing nursing home rounds in Avoca at that time.
Also, don't forget to use the new phone number starting April 2!!!
These hours represent our Minden hours. It is highly recommended you call 712-407-2086 before "dropping in" as the hours for each office are not the same. Council Bluffs Hours are as follows
CB = Mon, Tues, Wed, 8:00AM-4:00PM Fri 8:00AM-2:00PM
