I will always tell everyone from my hometown to go to Glennpeter. They are so very professional yet at the same time, are normal people like you and I. My fiance and I went in to pick out a ring for me. Him and I are just normal every day people, farmers in fact. We don't dress fancy, we wear work boots, jeans, dirty Carhartt jackets and not so clean shirts with messy, worked in hair.... Dawn walked right up to us as if we were wearing a suit and dress, addressed us like she had known us for years and treated us with such respect that we both felt unbelievably comfortable the very second she approached us! We just knew we were in the right place to purchase our ring she has been there for us ever since. I will never go anywhere else, even now that I live in Florida. I will fly to NY and go see Dawn in Clifton park NY at Glennpeter jeweler diamond center! No doubt about it!!!

I don’t know ‍ how to express my feelings about Dawn in Clifton park store. She always makes it a glennpeters moment. My wife and I make it our business to make it a one stop shop. Dealing with Dawn and her staff is amazing. The way they treat all there customers is amazing Dawn sets an example and her employees ride with her. Went to discuss my engagement ring I was selling. Remi is a doll and made my experience welcoming. Scott was very helpful and friendly. These two went above and beyond to be able to get me to have a meeting with dawn. Dawn was very educated in her craft with jewelry. She had explained everything I needed to know and more about understanding my ring that I have. The people at this store are wonderful it’s a great atmosphere in there. In the future I will be going here for any jewelry purchases.

Where to even begin the customer service there is amazing. They listen to your wants and truly help you find what your looking for.. Dawn an Scott both helped me out and gave me the best service I've ever had at a jewelry store. They where both patient and worked Awesomely together. I would recommend them 1000x. Thank u

Stopped in here today to have a watch band that I received as a gift adjusted because it was too large. I needed to have two links taken out. I figured I might get charged, especially because the band was for an Apple Watch and neither the watch nor band was purchased there. It was about 10 minutes before someone was available. Matt assisted me, and with the watch band in hand as he was walking into the back he said "It's 10 dollars per link, is that alright?" That seems excessive to me. It took him all of five minutes to remove both links. There was a long quote on the wall and part of it referenced offering their customers "competitive prices" - I think you'd be hard pressed to find any reputable jeweler in the area that would charge $20 or more to remove two watch links. The service was great. Matt was very nice and he polished the band and the Apple watch after he was finished. Here's a suggestion, rather than looking to maximize the amount of revenue you can generate from a 10-15 minute encounter maybe charge a flat $10 fee or nothing at all and look to make your money on the more substantial purpose.

The ladies working there are absolutely amazing. They are extremely patient and very creative. They spent a great deal of time helping my fiance and I picking out rings and they listened to us and came up with some great ideas for a custom design. You can tell they love what they do.

Kandice was awesome. She was so very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered us beverages. Cleaned ALL of my jewelry. Even the stuff that wasn't there stuff. I was very impressed. Thank you Kandice!!

We had purchased our wedding rings from Dawn at the Colonie Center Store before they closed and we followed her to Clifton Park. They are absolutely "no pressure" sales, an incredibly clean store, and genuinely interested in your opinion/feelings towards your purchase. They have everything from $50 options to $10,000 options. I will be using this location to, SLOWLY, build my wife collection of real/fancy jewelry. Dawn listen to her opinions and helped make a "Wish list" I can use to make purchases in the future. Definitely recommend, ask for Dawn.

Don’t trust putting anything on hold with this company. MARY at Albany Glen Peters will happily accept payments on held jewelry, sell the jewelry to someone else, then tell you she is keeping your money spent as a holding fee. She received 600+ dollars for her schemes just from myself alone. This was two years ago but I’m certain she’s still at it.
