I recently went to the store to get some information as I am new at shooting and am looking to purchase a gun for the first time. The mother and father their are always very nice. Their son on the other hand responded to my questions as if I was an idiot and not a perspective gun owner with concerns. He also talks to his parents disrespectfully In front of customers . If you want repeat business or any business at all its not wise to belittle tour customers and treat them like children because they don't spend all their time playing Rambo like yourself. It is called customer service. This guy needs a lesson in it. The guys at grants were much friendlier and much more informative. Also should not act like its a chore to order something if its not in stock. The funniest thing about the whole experience is he said he bet he could have me out the door with one of his guns. Not in this life or any other bud. You just convinced me to buy online.

I've been going here for about 5 years and each time I have had a bad experience with the owner everyone else is generally pretty pleasant and helpful, in sharp contrast. He often acts as if he is doing you a favor and you are meddling with his day to day, and always has a "regular" customer around with whom he fraternizes all friendly-like, in between his condescendingly toned interactions with other customers. I often see people walk in and leave due to not having been helped or even greeted. Today's highly offensive encounter will mark the last time I am insulted by the very owner whose business I am in the process of patronizing. He obviously believes that because this is his business, he can do whatever he wants. This is true, and he can ask anyone that has ever filed for Ch.7 and they'll agree as well. I've referred many of my friends here. We've already spent too much of our money with them. They will never see any of our faces - or our money - again.
