A++++! This is a locally owned Verizon store but with all the right qualities that go into salesmanship & etiquette in my opinion. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the employees, there was very little wait & the customers already working with the Verizon agent people seemed to really know their stuff & I will not, WILL not shop for something as important as an investment like a new cell phone without the right people in the shop being educated & knowing their stuff so Verizon in Glenview on Waukegan- A+++ once again. You guys were so helpful I def will be telling my friends & family to be coming your way. PS- they were willing to honor my employer discount, which no other Verizon store would even tell me I had! Thanks!
This place is the best. The sales staff are laid-back, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They not only sold me a great smartphone but taught me the basics of how to use it before I left. They have since been very helpful and even if I sometimes have to wait for them to finish with another customer, it's always worth it.
Confusing, I came to the door and found empty store, signs are in different location and you don't know where is an entrance to the store. Customer service is poor.
