I was a Glessner account for some time. I switched to another alarm company and Glessner continued to charge me for monitoring. Once I noticed that they were continuing to charge me, while not providing me with any of the services. I called and discussed the situation with Glessner, asking for all charges to be refunded. They flat out said they would not refund any of the money. They did not provide the service and would not refund the money the charged me. I think this is very unethical of them.
Glessner has maintained our alarm and phone systems for years. They are quick to respond to calls and are easy to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.
I have been using Glessner both commercially and residentially for 20 years. Professional and accommodating. Service is great and timely. I highly recommend this company for your home or business.
