Woman working the counter was very polite and helpful and very nice with my dog! I'm new to acton and went in for some training treats. Got me everything I needed for my dog and recommended some great local areas and dog parks to take her. Store was very clean and organized, and they have great little reusable bags for customers instead of plastic. Very impressed with this location, keep up the great work guys!

Extremely helpful staff who go beyond the job by assisting in helping you weigh your pup, and providing excellent knowledge on the product that you are interested in buying for your pet. They make good recommendations and the prices are usually not that high as in other bigger pet store chains. Overall, a pretty good pet store to spoil your pet!

Jenn is very knowledgeable and experienced and if she doesn't know the answer to your question she will find out and get back to you! They also do a lot of things in the community as well like the pet show at leathertown festival! Awesome place to shop! Love Rio the parrot too!

These lovely group of people are always extremely helpful to patrons and the community. They share important local information with patrons and always steer us in the right direction. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service!

I went here today to look around. I was told a litter pan was about 15 bucks, it was $25. Not my idea of cheap. At the time of purchase, the woman was eating food & it was never mentioned that they give airmiles. After i saw a sign in the window, she said it was too late but she could add it to my next purchase. Not sure how because she was still eating & never gave me any idea how they could do that. Sorry, but i didn't feel that my business was welcome. I am a little disappointed. Sorry George & Angela

These guys are amazing. I got all my feeding mice from them. Everything my snake needed. And now everything my german sheppard needs. They know their stuff, which food is good for whitch breed depending on proper diet and will have a food that matches that diet. Good prices, friendly, and always happy to see your animal family. I highly reccomend going to these girls for anything you need.

Very knowledgeable staff. Good and healthy pet food choices.my cat is super picky and they took back about five different bags of cat food until she found the one. Thank you for your help.
