I've been coming here for 14 years. They've always looked after me with kindness and consideration. Their products are good and well diversified. Their friendliness makes every stop-by a pleasant one.

Great little global store, lots of frozen options and good quality chews for dogs. I like their selection of products and the staff are always kind and helpful. As a small dog owner there aren’t always smaller chews and toys that would work for our dog, but this shop always has options. Thank you Global!

The associate that waited on me was friendly, helpful and kknowledgeable, showing me options for "tuff & sturdy" dog toys. Selection for these dog toys wasn't huge, she took her time with me and I left satisfied with my purchases.

Rarely have what we need in stock. Asked a few times if they can order cases for us so we don't run in to a situation where we can't find the brand of food we need, but they haven't done anything for us. Other locations are better.

I have been going here for several years. The owner is the best. If I have any questions at all on the care for my two bichons, she or her staff are there to help. And if they don't have the product you are looking for she will try to get it in. I tell everyone about this specific store to check out. You will love it. People how care about your pet as much as you do.

If you have something that moves, they probably have the right food for it.

Staff is very helpful with any situation, they have all kinds of food varieties from basic kibble to raw and natural, & everything in between. They usually have a frequent buyer program for certain foods. I get my dogs food here every time I love this store.

Great service and good selection.

I have come a few times to this location and I never can find what I'm looking for. Other global pets have more of a selection. I won't be returning

If I could put -5 stars here, I would. The WORST pet food store I have ever been in, bar none. I went into this store in early February 2019, to purchase a marrow bone for my foster puppy to chew on and thought I would add a small bag of puppy food, since his previous foster mom had said he wasn't eating the brand I had brought with him from the original owner. Big mistake. The youngish girl behind the counter late teens, early 20s proceeded to tell me that the puppy likely had pancreatitis, and insisted on this despite my telling her that my rescue had paid for a medical checkup. After inquiring what rescue I worked with, Counter Girl proceeded to tell me that she had heard bad things about it & praised a different rescue one that I consider to have a pretty spotty reputation itself, going solely by second hand reports. I quickly decided to skip the puppy food, and purchase any food and supplies from a competitor that is actually aware of good customer service. I told the counter girl that she really shouldn't be diagnosing animals without a proper examination and the qualifications! and bought the marrow bone solely because we were going on a 60 minute drive. So the store lost a bigger sale that day alone & earned my resolve that hell would freeze over before I entered this store again. There are plenty of other Global Pet Foods in the area, if you need to go to one. Or fine competitors.
