We are snowbirds, spending six months every year in nearby Superior. Over the last three years, I’ve run into an endless series of screw ups leaving me without vital medications, sometimes for weeks at a time.  They consistently “lose” my doctors refill orders and I have to start the entire process all over again. And they don’t bother to call when they have this problem.  I’ve repeatedly requested that, rather than send a text message saying my prescription is about to be sent back to Globe because I haven’t picked it up yet, they actually text me when it’s ready to pick up. &lt;&lt;Crickets&gt;&gt;  The woman at the Superior Clinic is very nice, but her hands are tied. I appreciate how hard she works to try and untangle problems.  Frankly, I recommend you do as I’m doing in the future and transfer your prescriptions to a mail service.  I’ve lived all around the US and in Europe, big towns and small, but I’ve never encountered such a screwed up system.

Good pharmacy, love the texting to know if my prescription is ready. The snowbird Karen that posted the first negative review might be a certified Karen. Lol
