I wish I could give them 10 stars! Paul Kubiak and Glover Shades are amazing! I wish I could clone them for other trades. The quality of their work is superb. I was referred to Glover Shades more than ten years ago after seeing their work in my friend's home. My friend and her husband also raved about their work. They installed shades in my living and dining rooms with custom valances. At the time, we thoroughly discussed the materials; Paul is highly knowledgeable and can speak well about the different materials and advantages/disadvantages. Most importantly, he speaks so the customer can understand it. After installing the work on the tenant-occupied property, he returned and adjusted the shades for damage caused by tenants. In one case, he had to remove the shade and bring it to the shop. The repair costs were nominal, and the shades still look new today, more than ten years old! I referred Glover Shades to many friends and recently asked Paul to install new shades in my bedrooms. On the day we met, he showed up with hundreds of samples and spoke again about all the different materials, pros/cons, etc. Paul helped me pick the perfect shade and provided me a quote via email to approve before installation. Glover Shades sent me an invoice on the installation day, so I knew exactly what my charge would be. I couldn't be more pleased with Glover and Paul Kubiak, and I highly recommend them.
Glover Shade offered us a premium product at a competitive rate with great customer service. Paul provided us with a great overview of the product styles and was helpful and nice throughout the process. We ultimately decided on Hunter Douglas shades on the main level and honeycomb shades throughout the rest of the house. We are very pleased with Glover Shade!

I called 3 or 4 shade install companies to request repair, parts, and maintenance work on existing shades in our new condo, and only Paul Kubiak at Glover Shade returned my call. He set up an appointment and came within a few days. He made the needed repairs, replaced a couple parts, did general maintenance. He explained the system, the remotes did some re-programing, and taught us what we needed to know to keep it properly operating. He explained it all so simply, understandably, and thoroughly, that I told him he should be a teacher. We felt his fee was fair for the amount of time and work he gave us. Nice guy, too. Paul will be the one we call when we need future maintenance or upgrades.
We have used Glover shades for 20 years and recently redid our whole apartment with custom Roman shades and roller shades with Somfy motors. We could not be more pleased with everything. Extraordinary customer service and extraordinary quality of workmanship. Painstaking attention to detail. We will be recommending to our friends.
We didn't know where to start with window treatments for our newly unfinished condo, but a friend thankfully referred us to Glover Shade. Paul & Aga quickly conducted a consultation at our home and walked us through all of the different options available for our various rooms. Glover offers a full suite of styles and vendors to fit various budgets and they worked with us to specify, procure and install a perfect combination of products to fit our budget, aesthetic and functionality preferences. Everything was ordered, delivered and installed in a timely and professional manner. Prior to this, I underestimated how much of a positive impact having the right amount of privacy and light filtering capability has on day to day living at home. I can't recommend Glover Shade enough for any and all window covering needs!
We are so pleased with the overall experience with Paul. He is professional, responsive and very patient working with us throughout the process. He was able to help us finding the right shades based on our budget and preference, and did a great job installing all the shades in our new home - they fit perfectly and look very nice. Highly recommend!
Glover Shades - Paul - installed our Roller Shades with Somfy Sonesse 28 Wirefree RTS Li-ion Motors and we are ecstatic! We did our research and received many recommendations from neighbors in our high-rise and are so glad to have gone with Paul and Glover Shades. He spent time with us during selection and communicated to update us on the status of our order. Paul also installed the shades and spent time to show me how to use the remotes! I could not me more pleased with the product and service provided by Glover Shade. Specifically, sun shade screens and electric motors on all my south facing windows. But you can probably get sun shade screens and electric motors from a lot of places. What you WON'T get is Paul, the owner and "on the ground" head and hands and heart! that made my experience so exceptional. Paul is experienced and extremely knowledgeable about industry products and their respective pluses and minuses. He communicates with you EVERY step of the way, in terms of proctor availability, installation dates and times and billing. But mostly... he cares--about the products he sells, the work that he does, and your 100% satisfaction. I don't ever write Google reviews--but in this case, it is a privilege to do so.
