Glow in the Park: The Ultimate Party Fun Run!
Glow in the Park runs are ultimate social running events themed as a glowing party run. Runs are non-competitive, and there are 5-10 glow stations along the course to assure that participants glow up the night! The event begins with every participant receiving a bag a "glow goodies," which includes glow paint, LED finger lights, and glow jewerly. The stations include two giant foam pits, two glow-water shooter stations, and the classic glow-powder dusting station. This is all in preparation for the dance party at the end of the run, at which finishers will celebrate to beats spun by a professional DJ. The runs take place just after dark for a unique experience with glow colors and lighting.
This will be a safe and fun event designed to get people who are normally intimidated by a competitive race out and running.
All foam and color products are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and designed to not leave any lasting impact on the race site or participants. Participants are started in waves of between 100-300 people, to keep the congestion on the course to a minimum and to increase everyone's safety.
