GNC at Lincoln Mall

They’re very confrontational. I came in, an older woman with a hijab started following me Racial profiling. It’s a very dusty store filled with suspicious products. Not recommended! Poor customer service and poor manners. Such uncivilized behavior.

Do not go here! I just bought a Dymatize protein shake and once I opened it, I noticed this. Once I went back to try to exchange it for a good one, they told me I couldn’t because I didn’t have a receipt. Of course I didn’t have a receipt because I was never planning on returning it until I noticed this! I didn’t even want a refund, I just wanted the same item, but not defective. What am I supposed to do with it now?!

The woman was very sweet & gave me a discount on a shaker. I had a good experience here. & I even got free samples for pre workout!

Best gnc i ever been too. Best costumer service. Best variety of Supplements. So friendly here with great conversations and it is definitely my home g n c. I go out of my way to come here because G n c is the best. I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

GNC had a sale going on but this location is franchised and refused to honor the price. Terrible store with terrible customer service. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to the corporate owned location at the outlets of orange

I feel tired after dealing with this location. This location price gouges products and does not honor online GNC pricing. I put in an in store pick up. When I came in store, the lady said she doesn’t have that pick up order. The product was on the shelf and so I decided to just buy it and cancel the pick up. Not until I got home, I had realized she charged me double the price. I thought it would be a mistake. Driving back 15 minutes, a different employee wasn’t very helpful either. He stated that the price had gone up and there was nothing he was willing to do. This place is a hassle and difficult to buy your simple product.

Went in the other day as GNC sent me a coupon for a free bottle of a supplement. The coupon was good for "in-store" only. I usually order online but this was a great way to get me into an actual GNC store. Well, I will never go back to this one again. When I first went in, the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. Once I showed her the coupon for the free supplement, tone changed to a very unfriendly attitude as she kept saying "we don't offer that promotion here" as she was basically pushing me out of the store. I understand if they don't offer the promotion, but the fact that she was so rude about it was what upset me about the visit. There are many GNC and supplement stores in the area and will not be going back to this one as their attitude is more about "profit" implied due to their attitude toward the free item coupon and I'm sure if I asked, they would probably offer the product that makes the most money for them instead of offering the best product for my needs.

I went in to pick up a order, older female was at the desk, I told her I was there for my product, when she placed it on the table she kept her hand on it, I reached to grab it and read since image quality was bad online, I was told I couldn’t touch it or read it because it was store policy and she ‘didn’t trust me’, mind you I’m walking in with a baby carrier wearing a mask, signs are on the entry door citing Covid and masks required, she wasn’t even wearing one, so I asked if anyone else was working and age said no and that she was the manager, she told me that I could go to another store and I told her I drove 10 miles for this product since other were out, I walked out, got online and followed up with a refund and internal complaint, Don’t go here

I was walking in this gnc just to browse while my family was at the grocery store and the lady prob mid to late 50s said hello and what I was looking for I said just browsing around but she kept persisting with attitude of what I wanted and I kept repeating I was only looking… and when I would ask a question she snap back and answer rudely and kept following me around and I just couldn’t shop and look in peace …

The cashier was very helpful with quickly finding a product I was looking for and making me feel welcome during check out. : will go back again.
