GNC Live Well

The two times I’ve come to this store, both on different days of the week and at different times, neither of which was remotely close to closing time, the “I’ll be back in 5 minutes” sign was up. Both times I waited over 5 minutes, and both times I had pre-paid orders to pick up. Today I tried to call the store and had a voice mail prompt. Extremely unprofessional and if there was another GNC near me, I’d never come here again. Only came here this time because I need something for tomorrow.

Ryan was amazing! He explained everything to us and helped us with the promotion,and even enrolled us in the program. Very nice and patient person. Hreat customer service!!!! Thanks fir everything Ryan!!!

Great service and assistance at GNC especially Ryan's helpfulness made a significant impact. His guidance on supplements certainly made a difference in my experience.

I must say today was the best visit I’ve had in a very long time. Joan and her team were very knowledgeable with sales and promotion, which led me to my big purchase. I will continue to visit this location based off the customer service that was provided to me. Not to mention the store was extremely organized and cleaned.

I went to the the store this morning 20 minutes after they are supposed to be open according to the sign on the door and nobody was there.

Worst employees ever. Door was locked and closed at 7:15pm when the hours show an 8pm close time. There were 3 people standing at the door knocking. I started to drive off and saw a Employee walking around so I stopped jumped out of my truck and knocked on the door again and he answered he answered. When I asked him why the door was closed he sait was closed he said he was closing down early today it's early today. I said the hours show that you're supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m. and he responded by saying that he knows that but he was going to close early anyways.

I was kind of in a rush and there was a huge line at the counter. Anthony took the time with each and every customer to have conversation and help with questions and recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and answered all of our questions. I kept finding great products I wanted to try.

Walk it in, and the lady ask me if I need help? I told her no, just looking. Then a gentleman came over and ask me the same thing, the District Manager Chris. He didn't know I was the person coming to be interviewed. Yes I am black. I wouldn't want to work for a company like this. I don't want nothing in that store. Every black person don't steal!!
