Terrible service. Went there 3 times recently. 2 of them was terrible. No customer service. Cashier same all 3 times was talking on the phone and wouldn’t talk to me.

Usually reliable but I just drove all the way over there since the site says they open at 10 on Saturday. Was there from 10:50-11:05 and the lights are off, door locked, no one there. Very disappointed

Been here a few times, but last time I went I only needed one ghost energy drink and the worker demanded to pay cash only with a purchase of $5 minimum. Never had a worker demand me what type of payment to pay with and a minimum. The new GNC Rockville one has better service and won’t demanded a minimum. Won’t come back anymore.

Masks are required right now in Montgomery County. The store employee wasn't wearing one, putting his customers' health at risk not to mention his own. I won't be buying anything from here.

The stores attendant smells horrible! One day I had to leave before I buy what I wanted because I couldn’t stand his smell. Please take a shower man!!! Store stinks

The person was friendly and understanding. Glad I went in vs going on online... Made a big difference
