The fond du lac store is very rarely staffed and they never have essential oils in stock. They close at 2 one day and 5 the next. I swear some days they don't open at all! For now on I'm shopping else where!

The sales associate tried very hard to find the product that I was looking for. Even though it was online, he couldn't find it. It was an item that can usually only be ordered online. The sales associate tried so hard, even after I showed him my results on my phone. I'd have given 5 stars if there was a way I could order my product. Oh well.

The first time I walked into the store I was helped right away by an employee whos name was Jordan. I for once had someone who was knowledgeable about his job. A clean store as well which is a plus.
