This store is always cluttered and messy. I walked by earlier just to see your employee sitting on the counter while on his phone and the store was a mess. Boxes and products were laying around everywhere and he was just sitting on his phone. I think this location may need some leadership changes. This is a common thing for this place now. It never use to be. Seems like the people don't care about their shop anymore

Have tried stopping in the last couple days & they have been closed the first time the guys said they weren’t sure when they’d be opened. I literally just needed one item but guess I’ll order it online

Gift cards are available. The prior review was left when the store was out of stock during the holidays. The store has a wide selection of Bang energy drinks on sale and has a free program that earns me 3% cash back on every purchase. The staff always provides excellent customer service.

They had what I was looking for. The last bottle of what I was looking for so I hope they try to keep it in stock. Anyway the gentleman on staff asked if I needed help finding something... I described the item inwas looking for and he looked for all of about 30 seconds without finding it; then kind of just gave up and walked away without further word. I thought it was not very helpful or professional; but I ended up finding the product i was looking for on my own. Anyway, I'm at least glad that the store is here.

Supposed to be open at 12pm on Sunday...think again. Get a staff that can open the store at the designated time or change your hours of operation.

Visited the store, to learn about CBD Oil, to help with our autistic granddaughter, they were very helpful, and went into full detail about all the products! They were great!! Thank you!!

The employee was not very helpful. He did not seem knowledgeable about different products and he was content being on his phone behind the counter instead of trying to help me and make a sale.

His place is called Fry's music store in Kokomo they have great stuff new and used CDs and DVDs and you're trying to game consoles

2nd time in 2 weeks I've come in and they were closed despite their hours saying they are open online

Clean store and love their products- however I always feel pressured by the staff to buy things I don't want
