I don’t usually do reviews. I was really impressed with the new manager David at GNC Seekonk ma! I let my gnc pro membership expire, I had never seen any benefits from it and had no intent on renewing. After speaking with David he took my concerns and explained changes the company was doing to help it’s customers with my issues! He wasn’t trying to sell me im sure you are thinking that He was genuinely concerned and trying to help! I’m a 47 year old carpenter In the gym since I was 17 Not soft if you know what I mean! This young man has incredible people skills and I’m happy he’s the new manager here Hope GNC sees the potential in this man I’ll continue shopping there Thanks for reading

Store manager David was excellent answering all my questions got me the right stuff I needed and saved good money With the pool membership it is definitely worth it!!!!

In my personal opinion if you need to buy something go on the week days. They usually have people who know the product and can actually help you versus the people who work on the weekends. That's my personal experience. The store is well stocked and clean.

Went on 12/23. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by a young man named Joe. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, answered all my questions and made suggestions and gave me choices of products that would help me achieve my goals. He took pride in his job and even wrote down instructions for me on how and when to use the products. Thank you Joe! We need more young men like him in this world.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years or so and the only time I was baffled by GNC’s poor customer service experience was when I visited the GNC store in Seekonk, MA. I drove about 20 minutes to get there at around 5:55 PM on a Sunday where they close at 6. I get that it was close to closing but I was in need for a quick purchase since they cancelled my online order. The guy locked the door and was getting ready to close 5 minutes before closing time. I asked him through the window if I can make a purchase for a min since it still wasn’t 6 and he didn’t bother. He kept saying “we’re closed” and disregarded the fact that i arrived minutes earlier outside. God knows how long he had the door locked before I arrived but that’s unacceptable. Drove here for nothing and I’m genuinely aggravated. Change your hours from 9-5:50 then!

I've been a long time customer of GNC and I recently went there and paid $300 for 2 small containers of protein powder and 2 boxes of vitamins. Im also a gold member and i pay $50 a year for discounts which i save about a measly $30 a year. Also the last time I went there the employee looked at me and locked the door and shut the lights off without saying a word. Go to 5 star nutrition in seekonk its way cheaper and the staff is friendly.

Lots of supplements for the bodybuilders out there. Many of the common natural remedies and vitamins. Store is small but the selection is decent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good access to the store. Just need to put store.sign at the main entrance on Rt. 6 Highland ave to guide customer into the complex.
