GNO Nails Spa

First off the staff are AMAZING! Professional, kind, helpful but most of all TALENTED! My girls, my mom and myself have been coming for almost 2 years now! Not once have I been disappointed! We recently took a family trip to Disney world and all got our nails done beforehand! We all had different artists wanting different designs and we all LOVED what we got! My 5yr old daughter wants to help work every time she is there. The staff are so nice to her and play along, letting her think she is working! Aweful pedicure. Aweful experience. I was in the chair less than 30 minutes. Not asked what I wanted, yet the lady next to me was offered an array of services. For $50 I can do my own pedicure and pay for gel polish. Never go back. I have never in 25 years had such a impersonable and poor experience. Had my nails done by Thammy and it was an amazing experience! She was so kind, patient and informative with me, as I had never gotten acrylics done before. I had the best experience and service with this nail spa. I had Tammi/tammy/Tami. Not sure how to spell her name but she did amazing. She was so precise with her design on my nails and put so much work into them. 10/10Service: Acrylic nails

Reasonably priced. Cleanliness was okay. I would have to rate customer service poor. The nail tech I had was rude. I am bilingual, too, so I know when you guys are bad mouthing your customers. I will be back but I won't be asking for the same nail tech. Cut me on the right side of my thumb, too. Left a 25% tip. First and Last from me.

I very much loved what they did for me today. My set cost $125. I do recommend calling to make an appointment, but they really know their customers and I would love to get my nails done here again.

I have been to numerous nail salons. GNO is by far the best. Nhu is amazing. If I show her a design, she can copy it almost exactly! I have always been 100% satisfied when I leave. I would highly recommend GNO Nails!
