Small jewel in Philly among Korean restaurants I must say. The resturant is small and doesn’t have fancy decorations however taste wise it’s one of the top. I highly recommend to anyone if ur up for Korean bbq and stews. Service, not so great.
Great Korean food! The pig neck bone hotpot is so good and we order everytime. If you have extra stomach, also order the pig strotter. Eat as is or stew with the hot pot, either way tastes so good! The restaurant is not the most decorated, but the food is definitely top-notchFood: 5/5
Very good authentic Korean food. Tried Go Hyang after our regular Korean restaurant closed korea garden was not disappointedat all. I think Go Hyang is better. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bonus it is a BYOBFood: 5/5
Great Korean food, very authentic. You also get a lot more banchan than you typically do at other Korean places in the Philadelphia area.Food: 5/5
First time having Korean in Philadelphia and it was GREAT! STAFF FOOD AND SERVICE TOP NOTCH! Definitely a place to hit up in North Philadelphia
Delicious authentic Korean food , very friendly staff
If you want an authentic real Korean food, this is a go-to restaurant. Some of their food are actually better than how it is in Korea. Do not expect a great serving and manner from the employee server there. You should not expect a warm welcome and serving from them because they are not gonna give it to you. Just go here to eat and leave, don't expect anything else. 100% authentic real Korean style food restaurant. Not Americanized
I’ve never had KBBQ before but had heard a lot about it, so I brought my friends here to try it for my birthday. It was really good! The one guy who I believe is the only one that speaks English was so nice about explaining everything to us and with recommendations since regrettably none of us spoke any Korean. The other lady who cooked our stuff was awesome too! Had no issues at all with the service or food. Each of the meat options we got the pork belly and beef brisket for the barbecue came with so many sides that were also good, and we also got the fried rice at the end, which was cool because they used the ingredients we had left on the grill and added nori. It was great!! We had to split our group of 8 into 4 and 4 we could have waited an extra 30 min for a big table but decided it didn’t really matter. Each of our tables got portions for 3 people which was plenty enough for all of us! So glad I was able to try this place, and thanks to the staff for giving us a great experience. Parking: A decently sized parking lot for the plaza. Had to park somewhat far which wasn’t a big deal.
food is excellent!! small family owned restaurants are the bestFood: 5/5
No service at all, very bad attitude! Ordered a total of 7 dishes and the tonkatsu came out when I paid, the food was mediocre, won't be back!Dietary restrictions accommodatedNone of the above
