Don’t understand the bad reviews. Awesome place friendly staff. Went there today for a few items and they helped me right away. No show room or sales floor but they have a catalog computer for anything you need. Would deft go to again.

I purchased the New Foam 17mm Pre glued Tires they are garbage 1 pass & foam came off then they didn’t refund me all my money I paid $60 only refinements $42 bad business so to all my Rc Community Brothers do not purchase they also ask me to take back my review because it will hurt their business Business Trash

Interesting spot but other than and was new that have a ton of stuff and this was my first Rc hobby shop and got myself a part that I been trying to get and they are alway busy new parts in

I read most negative reviews and I simply cannot take them for any merit as here is my experience 100% truth and fact. I purchased an HPI clear shell body on eBay from them and the sticker set came shot and creased I wrote a negative review on eBay and I thought that was that. But hours later I get a phone call and the person/staff made me feel like I was An all star buyer that they wanted to keep. I felt incredible on how they made me feel just as a person, they sent a replacement sticker set right away. They do have respect for their top loyal customers so I think that the personality of negative reviews from people are that they think the world perfect and that a store should never have issues or damaged property it’s simply cannot be done in this world perfection but how they deal with the issues is how you judge anything in life and they took care of me awesome and a few days later I bought a kyosho on road fazer RTR kit

Poor customer service I bought a screw set for the scx24. It was supposed to have 375 screws specifically for the scx24 it had 191 screws ¾+ of them are not for the scx24. I informed them and asked for a replacement set I submitted photos and an explanation. They appeared to approve it, then I was contacted by the Horizon Hobbies who wanted 6 peices of information including the receipt and everything else I had already submitted to Nitro Hobbies or Nitro Hobbies already had in their posession. I would expect them to submit that information to the supplier as part of customer service. Also I tried to leave a review of the product at Nitro Hobbies but due to the poor website design you can't see what you are writing. The other items I bought were great.

I purchased a plane and they sent something else, the wrong plane. They offered a discount to the plane they sent. I told them I wanted the plane I ordered. They declined. I was stuck with a plane I did not want and they weren't going to do anything about their mistake. I returned their plane and asked for my original order. They declined. This is a company that doesn't care about customers. If you they send you the wrong order, too bad, your loss. This is the worse company to do any business with. You the customer pays for their mistakes.

VERY POOR SHIPPING. Either sent me a bad battery or it was due to sending incorrectly. Wouldn't pay for return shipping, filed a claim on amazon with A to Z guarantee and got my shipping and full refund. Lodged a complaint against this scam company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! They are shady scammers

I ordered through their amazon store Sunset Retail for two orders and only received half of the order both times. I worked with amazon to have one of the orders refunded only to keep what I rightfully paid for and I got a barrage of nasty emails from them including threats to get me kicked off of amazon..."No worries, we'll be sure to report you and have you removed from Amazon. You are not allowed to steal from sellers like you are." I only wanted what I ordered and paid for and the amazon rep suggested this as the path. I have very simple questions: If you knew there was a problem why wouldn't you just send two more to avoid the hassle of a return? If you knew there was a problem why would you continue to list them on Amazon? Offer for sale still active 2 weeks after first order If you knew there was a problem why wouldn't you tell me that the packaging was wrong? After the first order, I requested a return and ordered another from Amazon to try and get the right part only to be pushed back to this same supplier. In general, I wouldn't do business with a company that threatens and berates their customers. I also won't do business with a company that knowingly sells defective products or incorrect parts.

I have ordered from them many times. Today i made the trip to their building and their warehouse is huge. the people that work there are incredibly friendly. The store is a pickup counter, where you tell them what you like and they will get it for you. I am really glad i made the trip, but ordering from them online is great too. they ship very quickly
